Pelican Walk 704 is a 1 bedroom - 2 bath condo overlooking the East side pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The VIEW from the private balcony is breathtaking! Unit 704 has many enhancements and is family and PET friendly, sleeping up to 4 people. The welcoming ambience and comfortable furnishings will make you feel at home during your next beach vacation. Also, included is a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a laundry area with a full-sized stacking washer and dryer. The living area has a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen smart televisions. The best feature is the private balcony for lovely views of the beach and blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico,! Ideal place to enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon siesta, or a romantic sunset.

Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to offer, ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, and so much more! The best part is everything is with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas and charcoal grill areas, and more!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or under. All dogs must be approved at the time of booking and registered upon arrival. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.

We loved the room and the beach was awesome. The staff was helpful when needed. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our dod Sheba loved the view and we did too. We will for sure be coming back. Loved how the room had everything we needed.

Totally disappointed that I couldn’t bring my dog down to the beach, the picture of dog on beach is deceiving, this needs to be addressed on the on listing that dogs are not permitted on beach and the other areas where dogs are not allowed. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

First visit to Panama beach

This condo will not disappoint We were there for over 4wks They had any utensils you could possibly need to cook with. The location was the best -it’s a quieter end of Panama beach. There are great restaurants nearby all within a mile too Christo’s and Panama pizza were our favorites and seafood shop sold oyster right down the street. The condo itself was very large, lots of storage and lovely patio. You are literally right on the beach. we often had breakfast on the patio and entertained by dolphins We can’t wait to return

Our unit

Very well cared building. The unit needs updates. The fabric on the sofas was stained and smelly. Looked dirty. Shower heads need to be replaced. No matter how we adjusted them. The pressure was very hard on the skin. Very uncomfortable feeling. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. It needs major updates.

Below expectations

The listing ad says you are supplied with a starter pack, bring EXTRA dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags. We had garbage bags, that was it. The first day we were there I had to go get my wife some black socks cause the floor was so dirty. I'm on th 7th floor and we find a roach in the kitchen. I had to pay a cleaning fee and part of the check out instructions was the I had to clean the floors and wipe all the counters down. Pros: the view was great. The beach was never too crowded even with a 10 story building. Parking was good and I have never even checked out at Walmart as fast as the girls did getting me checked in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always a clean well stocked apartment. This is our 3rd stay in the building and our 1st in a one bedroom. It's a beautiful beachy decor and very light filled. Furniture and bed all comfortable. We stopped in on arrival to town to use the dog potty area and tell them in town and were able to check in a couple hours early. Only one elevator was rarely an issue and our pup never had an over long wait to potty. Love its pet friendly as makes getting away easier. The grounds, pools are all well cared for. Office and grounds staff all Friendly, helpful and consistent which says a lot for the upper management of the place. Only lack in this apartment was a good sunset balcony view bit would still rent it again. Look forward to our next visit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time in PCB. This was our second time staying at Pelican Walk and this exact room. Previous stay was 2 years ago. Our BIG PROBLEM with this stay was the bed. The mattress was in need of replacement our first stay. Kinda thought it would have been by 2nd stay, but was not and was not tolerable to sleep on. Ended up using the hide away bed in sofa.

My husband and I felt as if there was a mold smell. Then on the last night we had a lot of rain and the bathroom ceiling started leaking. I did report the issue so hopefully that was taken care of. Very well appointed condo and on the quiet end of all spring break beach activities. Was pet friendly tho pets not allowed on beach. Some chose to ignore the no beach pet law, but we were told costly$$$ fine. Very confusing as we saw beach patrols ignore pet beach walkers. Also, this facility has trouble with the elevator as i got stuck on it 4 times during the 6 day stay. I was told elevator needed an overhaul ....pls make it work better as a 7 flight walk is not possible for me and being stuck inside the elevator is even more upsetting. Parking was very convenient and avail. Luggage carts very avail. Staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, we would consider this location again if i head to PCB again.
