Buckhead Battle House - an MCM architectural masterpiece
Built in the 1950s and thoughtfully renovated, this true mid-century modern ranch is tucked away on a lush 2.5 acre lot on a tree lined street in the heart of the desirable Buckhead area.
Located in Wesley Battle, the residence is situated in the safest neighborhood while still being 10-15 minutes from downtown, midtown and nearly all major ATL attractions.
Weâre thrilled to share this architectural rarity and itâs collection of one-of-a-kind art featuring local and international artists.

Our stay at Ryanâs property was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The living area was spacious, perfect for our Halloween gathering.
The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We loved the outdoor spaceâperfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to unwind!
The house was gorgeous with so much art pieces for eye to enjoy. We truly enjoyed the layout and art work. Ryan was a pleasure to communicate with. He as very receptive to a couple minor issue we were having and did his best to address it. Definitely would rent again this house if we are back in the area. Thank you for hosting us.
This was the perfect place ro celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. The layout was great and the host was very responsive to our needs. And we absolutely loved the ample parking. The entire family raved about the property, as there was plenty of room to gather and relax. We would definitely return!
relax.We would definitely return.
I had my daughter's bridal shower at this beautiful midcentury home. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a wonderful time! Bedrooms were generous with 2 being ensuites for guest comfort! Very upscale decorating with great artwork!
We had a vacation for 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) and enjoyed our stay so much at this spacious, lovely home. Plenty of room to let the kids have a movie night, while the adults played games. Very centrally located to Atlanta attractions. The kids loved the hot tub, the pool was a little chilly for February. I'd recommend a stay!
The house is in a great neighborhood and has a lot of privacy. Our only knock was the pool could have been cleaner, but overall it was a great experience.
Perfect Location for My Bachelorette party weekend
The property was amazing and very aesthetically pleasing! House is well-equipped and clean and the communication from the host was always quick and pleasant. It was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party as there was a lot to do in the area! Highly recommend!
Wonderful large comfortable home, perfect for a large group of friends to use as a home base for an Atlanta vacation. Host was very responsive. We really loved the back deck surrounded by tall trees and the convenient location.
Home was perfect for 3 families with 16u baseball players in for a long tournament. Had a great time! Home is lovely and worked great for us. Beautiful setting!!
We wanted our family to be able to stay not too far from Georgia Tech and close to West Paces Ferry area and this was perfect for our family of 6 (all adults). We enjoyed being able to host a couples wedding shower here. The kitchen was great for cooking for a group, and we enjoyed the fire pit outside. Ryan was available when needed and a gracious host. we definitely recommend.
We loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Buckhead! It felt very peaceful and secluded, but was super close to downtown ATL. Ryan was very helpful and responsive as a host. Would absolutely recommend for a girls' weekend getaway!
This house was fun and very spacious! I hosted a bachelorette weekend for my best friend here. The house provided great space for my friends and I to spread out.
What can I say the home is beautiful the location perfect our host, I cannot say enough about Ryan, he never let me down anytime I reached out. I would stay there again. Absolutely 100%.
The house is located in a beautiful space with lots of greenery which I love to be surrounded by when working. Its a very quiet and safe neighborhood but located within minutes to everything you need in Atlanta.
Loved this property because of its location near downtown ATL and because itâs secluded on a large wooded lot. The hot tub was perfectly sized for our group and quickly became the centerpiece of our stay. Some challenges with furniture quality but the home far outweighs any of that.
OMGee!!! This property was absolutely PERFECT! We had a girls' weekend to celebrate a dear friend before her wedding, and THIS WAS AMAZING! The home is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, but very close to shopping and nice eateries. The host was the BEST--quick, effective commuication. I would absolutley come back!
This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous area of Atlanta full of many intriguing paintings, sculptures, and other art objects. Our family enjoyed trying to figure out the past history of the house and where some of the art might have come from. We will have to ask our host, Ryan, for more details! We were in Atlanta to attend a graduation, and Uber and Lyft were readily available and arrived quickly!
My group of friends had a gathering after not seeing each other for the last 2 years due to the pandemic. This house was perfect. 3.5 bathrooms was a huge key point for us. With our large group we had to have this. Parking was another plus as we had 6 cars to park. This house has a massive driveway with a huge carport and parking off to the side. The beds are extremely comfortable. We took in a show in Midtown and the location had us very close to the city. Anyone looking for a nice ADULT getaway this is the perfect home.
The house is beautiful and was great for a weekend stay with friends. Very comfy couches and beds, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen. There was an issue with the hot tub that we found out about right before check-in. We could still use it because it was warm out, but it never fully heated up. Two of the bathrooms in the house also werenât clean when we got there. Other than that it was really a great stay and I would absolutely recommend it.
Owner get you to rent at a reduced rate and then claims there is damage to the home and tries to charge over 10k on your credit card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...says we left the fridge door open and then charged 3k. house is also old and has mold
A Georgia native who has a passion for traveling the world and collecting wonders from all across the globe. Iâve had the pleasure of staying in other BnBs on these travels and am thrilled to share my home with you!
This home is a one-of-a-kind mid-century gem that I fell in love with. This style is rare here and yet the home is a reflection of the southern interpretation of the period.
From the massive vaulted ceilings to the beautiful exposed beams, to the skylights and massive windows, one can enjoy the protection in this sanctuary while communing with nature in a unique harmony. Additionally, the home has a gallery like energy that is a perfect showcase for unique original and number print art from a variety of artists. Itâs important for me to see how the architecture and the art interact and complement each other becoming themselves a unified piece of art.
Inside youâll see two large fireplaces and 20ft+ ceilings of aged timber. Additionally, the home still has the original terrazzo floors in tact to the delight of any MCM aficionado.
Much of the home has been carefully restored and updated to maintain the charm of a cherished era while providing the comforts of a modern home.
Youâll also enjoy a full smart home suite of products to allowing intelligently control with the assistant, Nest-Yale locks for convenient entry, temperature control and beyond.
Additionally, the home has been outfitted to provide both ample secluded and co-op work spaces for easy collaboration or quiet zoom meetings.
On the large lot you are welcome to explore the forests in the rear and the stream that courses through our neighborhood.
In the back patio area, youâll find an âendless poolâ which has two sides: one which generates resistance for swimming and water exercise and another which is a hot tub.
