Inside, the raised house enjoys a cool coastal theme, with lots of comfortable furniture, attractive and beachy décor, and lots of space for everyone to move around. Take advantage of the full kitchen to assemble your culinary masterpiece then serve up to eight guests at the dining table while the kids swing their feet from the breakfast bar stools. The dishwasher can knock out all those dirty dishes while you head out to enjoy the salty sea air on the covered balcony with some ice-cold refreshments. You'll love hosting a family barbecue with the private gas grill during a hot summer evening and the little ones can run around all they like in the home's enclosed yard. Take the provided beach towels down to enjoy the beach, just one-and-a-half miles away, for a day of fun in the sun then come back to spritz away the sand under the outdoor shower before using the private washer/dryer to knock out everyone's beachy laundry. Feel like a movie night with the gang? Pluck a DVD from the movie library and take advantage of the living room's mounted flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player or stream a Netflix favorite with lots of hot buttered popcorn for everybody! Don't forget to let the central AC keep everything nice and cool during your stay.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
