Rollin Tide B9 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo featuring a spacious, corner balcony accessible from the living area and master bedroom. With two queen bedrooms and a bedroom with two twin beds, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Relax by the sparkling community pool or spend the day exploring Seaside just 2 miles away! You will love the convenient location, just a short walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants on HWY 30A and beach access only 350 yards away. Come make memories of a lifetime at Rollin Tide B9.

Rollin Tide Villas is a small, quiet, family-friendly complex. It offers one of the largest pools in Seagrove Beach with plenty of lounge chairs around the deck, and the pool is also heated in the spring, March through mid-April. The complex is beautifully maintained with well-manicured landscaping including seasonal flowers and tropical palm trees. You'll be a short 3-minute walk to the Emerald waters and white sandy beaches. Located only 2 miles from the heart of Seaside, this picturesque coastal community has shops and restaurants that are only a short ride away. You can also walk to nearby fine dining at Cafe 30A, grab fresh seafood at Goatfeathers, pizza at Angelina's.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Close to everything

Close to the beach a few great places to eat. The unit isn’t anything fancy and is a little dated but the location great and the unit was clean. Multiple public beaches access sites within walking distance.

Perfect condo for a family

We had a great stay here. Clean and nice accommodations. Convenient to seagrove and seaside locations. Walking distance to 2 public beach accesses. Overall a wonderful experience for our family of four.

Wasn't aware beforehand that condo was on the 3rd floor with no elevator access, but the property was clean and as advertised otherwise. Beach access wasnt real clear, but close enough to find.

The maintenance guy came out and troubleshoot all 3 tv’s and got them working while he was there. Once he left, they locked up again. We also had a towel rack fall out of the wall when we tried to hang up a towel, a very stinky disposal, that the maintenance man did fix. Lastly, the ad sad one KING, one queen and two twin bed. There was no King bed.

Bugs in bed, dirty bedding with hairs,

Master bedroom had no sheets or blankets, only a mattress cover and bugs in bed. We had videos of bugs crawling all over the bed. We had bites all over us. Contacted management, they text us to go buy bug spray and spray the unit ourselves!!!! Bedroom with two twin beds had unmade beds with dirty sheets. Black hairs all over the sheets and pillowcases. Bugs in the kitchen. The next day, sheets were left on the table. They didn’t clean or even put sheets on the bed. Asked for a refund of the cleaning fees. Nothing. Do not stay!

Good location

Not a bad stay; good location. Only negative was that there were no kitchen trash bags. Only the one. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't have spares in the can. Bathroom trash cans had rolls of more bags, but not the kitchen. When I asked, the reply was that they weren't provided. quite off-putting to say the least.

Very nice Property - not perfect, but, very nice!!

We were very happy with our stay. This was a tremendous value in a very good location that most any family on a budget would be pleased with. The main issue with the unit involved problems with the tv remote & cable that management never resolved - - but, I didn't come to the beach to watch tv. However, there were some issues that I can't totally blame on this specific unit but should be handled by the HOA. For starters, the construction crew renovating the unit below started their nailing, drilling and sawing at 8:00am - not exactly the time I wanted to wake-up while on vacation. Secondly, I could not believe what I saw on the floor in the men's bathroom at the pool. Hint: it belongs in the toilet, not on the floor. Again, I can't blame the property for classless guests. All in all, this unit exceeded my expectations!!

First time to Sea Grove, seaside area

The property was good. I have stayed in several VRBOs before that have some essentials for cooking like oils, spices etc. This place had none just a little heads up on that if you plan on cooking and can bring some stuff with you. We never used the bikes but were told they were by the dumpster. The ones we saw by the dumpster were not in very good shape and tires were flat but again not 100% sure if that was them. We also needed 5 bikes and only had 4 so we never used them. The walk to the beach was not to bad. We have never been to this area before so we had to figure out the whole public vs private beach access situation. Condo overall was nice. It is on the third floor so be aware of that. Traffic is no joke in the area so plan accordingly if going somewhere. Will definitely come back area again. Communication with property manager about questions was good and they were answered in a timely fashion by messenger in the Vrbo app.

Great Visit

It is exactly as pictured in the advertisement. Very easy access to Seaside as well as Rosemary. The pool wasn't busy and the beach was a close walk. Several great restaurants close by. Loved it and will return.
