DETAILS: A white picket fence and a cute front porch greet guests to "Beach Breezes." This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Blue Mountain Beach home sleeps 12 and has a private pool, Gulf views, and a relaxed, coastal vibe.

Enjoy breakfast on the wide front porch from a table crafted from a surfboard, or greet neighbors from a comfy porch chair. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed ceiling beams add formality to a casual living room with slipcovered furniture. Across from the living room is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. A dining table has seating for 6 and leads to a colorful kitchen with premium appliances and a black granite-topped island with a farmhouse sink and seating for 5. Double-glass doors open to an outdoor kitchen with a commercial refrigerator and gas grill. A private courtyard has a swimming pool, chaise lounges, and a dining area.
