Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the condition of the unit and the issues you experienced did not meet the standards we strive to provide. We are especially sorry about the ant issue and the problems with the kitchen sink and dishwasher. While our team did provide ant spray and offered to coordinate pest control, we understand that having to deal with these types of issues during a vacation is frustrating and disruptive. We also regret that the dishwasher continued to have an unpleasant odor after maintenance addressed the drainage issue. Your comments regarding the cleanliness and overall condition of the unit are important to us, and we will be sharing this feedback with our property and maintenance teams for further review. We’re glad you found the location convenient, but we understand that a great location does not make up for the issues you encountered. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are sorry we did not provide the seamless stay you expected. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Mary, Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with us and your stay at Rollin Tide C4! We truly value you taking the time to send this in. While we do understand the frustrations with wanting to make changes to your reservation, you were outside the 60-day window and per policy, we could not make changes. Thank you for your feedback, Anthony. We understand that noise levels can be a concern, especially during busy times like spring break. We have a strict policy against excessive noise, and we encourage guests to report any issues to us during their stay so we can address them promptly. As for the parking lot and pool, both fall under the HOA's scope of responsibility, and we will ensure that your concerns about debris and cleanliness are relayed to them. We are glad you enjoyed the heated pool despite these issues. We appreciate your input and will work with the HOA to improve these areas for future guests. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the unit clean and pleasant upon arrival. We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen items and will review these concerns to ensure our future guests have a better experience. Regarding the amenities, we want to clarify that our starter kit includes basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap, etc. As communicated prior to your arrival, guests are expected to replenish these items as needed throughout their stay. We do not provide condiments like salt and pepper, as we encourage guests to bring or purchase these items based on their personal preferences. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the AC unit and the issues with the cleaning supplies. Your feedback about the vacuum and broom will be taken into consideration to improve our future offerings. We are sorry to hear about the noise disturbances and will look into this matter to enhance the comfort of our guests. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your review, Samantha. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, nearby pool, and convenient access to the beach and restaurants. We’re sorry the starter amenity kit was not set up prior to your arrival as expected. We also understand your feedback regarding the kitchen basics and will share it with our team for review. Thank you again for staying with us.
