The backyard is a great place for guests to relax and unwind. Guests will love cooling off in the private heated pool and taking a dip in the hot tub!
There is lounging area in the backyard for guests to enjoy catching some sun!

The interior of the house is nicely decorated and entails 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is spacious and features a king size bed with flat screen tv.
Guest bedroom #1 entails a King bed with a flat screen tv.
Guest bedroom #2 entails a queen bed with flat screen tv.
Guest bedroom #3 features two sets of bunks. A full over twin bunk and a twin over twin bund. This room also has a flat screen tv.

The large kitchen offers a great space for guests to prepare family meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
This home has a dining table which accommodates up to 8 people, there are also 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter for extra eating space.
The living area allows for ample seating area and a flat screen tv.

Rental guests will love the large balconies/decks this home has to offer! The decks allow plenty of seating room to sit and enjoy South Padre Islands tropical climate.

Plenty of fun will be had at this home, especially since it features a game room!

Great stay

Amazing

This property is amazing. Very spacious and it is walking distance to the beach and some stores. The property was very clean when we arrived. The pool and the hot tub were awesome to just relax. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

This house was awesome 👌 my family of 6 jad plenty of room and the beach is literally around the corner. The house and island go together!!! Will rent again!!!

Amazing House

The house is in the perfect location. You can walk to the beach or to the stores and restaurants. The pool was amazing and so perfect to spend the afternoon in after a day shopping, golfing or hanging out at the beach. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Experience

The house was absolutely gorgeous, very accurate to what was shown online. Very spacious, they did provide extra linens and other necessities. We loved it so much we booked an extra day/night, definitely will be looking to book at this property again!!!

Everything from staffing to the house amenities exceeded our expectations made our vacation time well worth it. The house was very spacious and accommodated everyone the kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans and dishes after a long day at the beach being able to just walk a short distance to the house was a plus.

Fabulous Home…

Everything about the home was great! Only one suggestion is that if maintenance is called and we’re told they are coming to fix something that we called on, that they come and fix it. We couldn’t use the hot tub our last night which was a bummer but over all I can’t complain too much.

We were very happy with the house and all its amenities….probably are only complaint is pool never got warm enough, even tho' it has a heater….short walk to the beach and plenty of seating, inside and out…SPI is a wonderful rental agency and has always taken care of any issue…They've been our source the past several years….

Great Beach House for Family or Couples Trip

The house was very clean and well maintained. We went with our adult children and two other couples. We had plenty of space to be together and do our own thing as we wished. We loved the large sectional and the dining room table seating that fit all of our party for 8. The heated jacuzzi and the heated pool were great this time of year. Location of house is perfect... we walked on the beach every day. The house is nice enough so you are very comfortable but not so fancy you are worried about touching anything... Lol! It was perfect for us.

Family time

Large spacious home. Everything worked perfectly. Had a minor issue with the cable∫ernet. That was of no fault to the property. High winds knocked it out to the area. We were there to vacation not watch TV. Will definitely recommend and try to rebook this home again.

South Padre

House was sold 1 week before our trip and had to rebook which was stressful enough. The house wasn't even ready upon check in and got the door code after sitting in the drive for 15 minutes after 4:00, pool was dirty and had dirt at bottom, internet connection kept disconnection, had 4 wash rags stocked upon arrival for our party of 10. Other than that the house was clean overall. We enjoyed the location and how close it was to the beach, the fact that it had 2 fridges, and plenty of seating and beds for everyone!

Poor

The mattresses were absolutely horrible. Major back problems (thin ass mattresses) For the price we paid, you'd think the mattresses would be more comforting. Seems like we were limited on towels for a large family. They had a standard coffee but no coffee, or spices or trash bags. I wouldn't stay again and I wouldn't recommend this house for the thin ass mattresses.

Fourth of July weekend

Home was in a great location near the beach and house pool was clean and enjoyable for all. I had to make multiple stops at the store because there was no hand soap, laundry soap, dish washing soap, coffee filters, basic kitchen salt/pepper, kitchen towels to wipe the tables, and broom. I had to wash bath towels many times because there was only 6 towels and 6 hand towels for 3 bathrooms. I ended up purchasing rugs for back door due to safety concerns that someone would fall after exciting the pool and going inside to the bathroom. There two refrigerators (1 downstairs/ 1 in kitchen) which was great and very convenient. Overall, the home was very roomy and walking distance from the beach.

Great Location

First of all the place is located just a short walk to the ocean which was great!! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet neighborhood. They were kind enough to let us check in early and check out 2 hours later. People have left pool/ocean toys and chairs in the garage which was nice!! We contribute when we left too. The bunk beds were super hard as well as the pillows. We got there and the hot tub was cloudy and dirty, the kitchen floor had food stuck like it hadn't been cleaned, and the table outside on the patio was filthy with grease and dirt. We called SPI and they were quick to respond and had someone come check the hot tub for which they took a picture and said they'd have to show management and see if they wanted to do anything. Nothing more was ever done or heard off on it and the hot tub remained cloudy the whole week! Cleaning was to come the next day but never showed until I had to call again and then they called the following day. One thing we weren't aware of was that the main level is where the pool table and one room is and you have to walk up about 20 stairs to get to the other bedrooms and kitchen so if stairs are any issue for a few in your party I'd check closer into that. Luckily we were fine but also slick coming in from the pool/hot tub. The pool was smaller than I thought but work fine for our family. Sitting out by the pool and a cockroach was found but didn't think much of it because we were outside, however, the following morning (on our depart day) we found another large cockroach inside on the wall. Never told them about it because it was found day we left.
