358 Stimson is a condo in the heart of the action in Downtown Pismo Beach, a stone's throw from Restaurant Row where you can enjoy world-class cuisine and wine-tasting but is located in a quiet, secure building where you can escape from the hustle and bustle into a serene retreat all your own. Featuring two bedrooms one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed, as well as flexible sleeping options in the living room (a Queen sleeper and a Twin sleeper) This property can accommodate up to 6 guests. Just off the living room is a private deck with Adirondack-style chairs, makes you feel like you're a world away from everything. Fully equipped galley style kitchen, perfect for a lazy Saturday morning breakfast before hitting the beach for the day. This property has two separate living areas making for a great option to separate for different activities. Send the kids up to the loft with some board games while the adults relax downstairs in the main living area, for example. Other amenities include gated parking for 2 vehicles, communal outdoor seating area, TV access via At&t app on smart TVs, and always-complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Quiet, safe and clean

Very comfortable place to stay. easy so walk to beach and downtown Pismo Beach. Really fun and easy place to stay.

Weekend getaway

We had the most wonderful stay at this coastal B&B. To my delight the condo was available for ealry check in. When we arrived at the house it was clean, decorated with light coastal touches with a fully equipped kitchen. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shops and walking distance to the pier. The area was peaceful and we look forward to staying here again.

Reserved Parking in Pismo Beach is a MUST for our vacation renters, it makes a huge difference when properties have this, especially during summertime

Place was not entirely clean unfortunately as there was hair in the tub and on the commode and on the stairs facing the kitchen. The police also smelled like somebody had smoked marijuana. This made me feel nauseous. Maybe you guys need to post up a role that there’s no smoking marijuana or cigarettes because it leaves a smell in linens and curtains and rugs. On the upside it’s a big place and walking distance to the beach but cleanliness is supposed to be important and they’re also should be no smell smells

We are fairly certain this guest thought they only booked one night when they in fact booked two and are attempting to get a refund due to their mistake. The housekeeping supervisor went through the property less than 4 hours before the guests arrived and completed our usual white-glove check where she double-cleans commonly touched surfaces such as light switches, stair railings, doorknobs, and remote controls. Nothing the guests noted regarding cleanliness issues were there at that time. Unfortunately, the guests did not reach out when they noticed these issues otherwise we would have sent a member of housekeeping out to address their concerns. If we don't have an opportunity to address a concern then we have no way of addressing it to everyone's satisfaction, and per our policies no reimbursement will be considered under that circumstance. Marijuana is legally permitted in California, but this unit, the building, and the entire City of Pismo Beach are smoke-free - had the guest reached out we would have contacted the HOA to lodge a complaint regarding the smoking. Communication is of the utmost importance in these kinds of situations, we can't take any action on something we don't know about.

Beach trip

Took wife and daughter and few friends for beach trip. Walking distance to pier and beach, nice unit, spacious. Just recommend updating doors to electronic code or cards. Also large vehicle cannot fit in garage, so parking was tuff to find around the day time and early evenings.

Pismo Stay

The location was busy and a lot of street noise. There is a bit of wear on the property and could use some updating.

We thank the guest for their stay and for the comments, we'd love to have them back for another stay! The owners updated quite a bit in the rental May of 2023 including replacing the old carpets and the old TVs :)

Not what we expected

Very smelly moldy smells downstairs in bedrooms and in the bathroom. Carpets need a very good cleaning, Kitchen not stocked with some basic essentials for cooking. The pillows must be 20 years old. Very bad. TV's worked great and lots to pick from.

The King bed was comfy for us and our kids took advantage of the guest room and loft so they had their own space. The location is convenient to walking to the beach, but be sure to bring your own beach chairs and beach towels as there are not any in the condo. There are a lot of stairs, so beware if that is an issue. There is no elevator for bringing up luggage, groceries, etc. There is also no ice maker so bring a bag of ice. Overall it was a decent stay with garage parking which was nice. We rent a lot of vacation homes and I was worried about this one as it had no reviews. This home is new to the rental market so probably will get better with time and more guests giving reviews. Overall a decent stay.

Great location

We had a great time. Great location to walk to pier and most restaurants. Beds were comfortable. I would maybe put up curtains in bedrooms. It was really bright in the bedrooms while trying to sleep.

Hidden Gem

We were visiting family up and down the coast and needed a place somewhat centralized and what a bonus we stayed in Pismo. Even more of a bonus was the condo! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the pier. Highly recommend!
