3 Bed 3 Bath Luxury Ski-In/Ski-out Condo Killington Sunrise Village Slopeside

This slopeside, spacious and newly remodeled/furnished Ski-in/Ski-out condo features 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite private bathrooms. Located in the Aspen Lodges building at Sunrise Village, you are a stones throw away from the Sunrise Village Triple chairlift which provides access to all of Killington without having to get in your car, park, or enter a lodge.

The condo has been given a fresh look by new owners that includes a new couch, new dining room table, coffee table, 2 new HD TVs with Roku, and new bedding. Fresh paint in most rooms and an overall more modern look. At nearly 1700 square feet, all of it on a single floor of living, this unit sleeps up to eight guests. This condo is an end-unit located on the top (3rd) floor of the building with tall ceilings and plenty of light.

Kitchen/Dining/Living Room
The open kitchen/dining/living room allows for a large gathering area for guests. Much of the furniture in these rooms are brand new. A 58” HD TV sits above the gas fireplace in the living room and is easy to use with a Roku remote and access to YoutubeTV via WiFi for most common TV channels. HBO Max and PrimeTV also included with high speed Wi-Fi streaming.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with nearly every item you’d find in your own kitchen, including a Kuerig coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods. The barstools in the kitchen provide 3 additional eating seats. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet space directly behind the barstools.

Master Bedroom
The master bathroom features a private gas fireplace with a new 43” HD TV above it. The private bath has a two sink setup, a shower, and a separate jetted tub with views overlooking Bear Mountain. It also has multiple large closets.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, closet space and a private bathroom.

Bunk Room
The third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps four with a twin bunk set and a full/twin bunk set. This bedroom also has a private bathroom and plenty of closet space.

Mud/Entry Room
When your day on the slopes ends, the entry mud room offers ample space to hang skis/boards, jackets, and other ski gear to dry for the next day.

Parking
Parking at the Lodges at Sunrise is not assigned but rather first come, first served. The lot is large, and only rarely fills up. In the event it does get full, there are multiple overflow lots that are easily walkable nearby.

Sunrise Amenities
All guests will have access to all of the amenities that Sunrise Village has to offer. In the winter that includes the Sunrise Village Triple chairlift, an indoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, and Sunrise Cafe for dinner most nights and lunch on select days. In the summer, amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and tennis courts.

Approximate Sunrise Lift Operations Schedule:
Dec 1 - Dec 25 - unlikely Sunrise chair will be running
Dec 26 - January 10 - 50/50 Sunrise chair will run, natural snowfall dependent
January 11 - March 31 - most likely the Sunrise chair will be running 7 days a week, barring any extreme weather or power incident
April 1 - April 10 - 50/50, depends on natural snowfall during the season
