Mountain Views and French Creek

Fun in Breck

Our party of 7 with two families enjoyed our time in Breckenridge at this wonderful home. The view of the mountains was stunning, the house was great, and the communication smooth. We had some great memories and really enjoyed the house. The hot tub and the master suite were especially spectacular!

Extended out stay to just unwind and reset

Seriously love this house and the town. Really wonderful to take the walks along the river (path is literally steps from the backyard), and listen to the sounds of nature. Highly recommend.

We’d like to just move in

After so many stays, it feels like our second home. We can never get enough of just relaxing in this well-appointed home with the walks along the river and just listening to the river from the jacuzzi. Beautiful!

Family get away

Beautiful property. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Well maintained and clean …very spacious for all eight of us. Beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect for quick access to downtown or to any of the various activities the mountains have to offer. Communication with property owner was pleasant and punctual. I would stay again without hesitation & recommend to anyone

.creekside perfection

.Stayed for several weeks during the summer. The location was perfect for hiking, biking and walking to Main Street. The neighborhood was quiet and the babbling creek added a glorious ambiance to the beautiful mountain views. The owner and property manager were both very responsive to any inquiries..We would definitely return.

While the location wasn't "in-town" it was a great, close to the resort neighborhood.

The accommodations were exceedingly glorious! We had no trouble getting to and from the resort and the town itself in spite of the snow, that fell everyday we were there. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the plentiful space of the home, especially the hot tub at the end of the day. We had views of the mountains and the pedestrian paths just outside our door. Hope to get back there next year.

Jacuzzi, bubbling creek, comfy beds, BBQ

We’ve been here before and will come again. We just love the combination of the hot tub in the backyard, the walking path along the creek and the beautiful sounds of nature while hanging out in the tub, on the deck or inside with the windows open. The house is very roomy, even though we didn’t need so much space. Each room has its own bathroom and a nice big bed. Location is awesome, with a pretty short walk to the pretty and quaint downtown.

It’s All Down Hill From Here 40th Birthday Trip!

The property was perfect for to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday! We came from California and the conditions were perfect! The house was a great location to the slopes and downtown. I didn’t realize that every room is basically a master which was perfect for us 4 couples on a kid free trip, although the house would be great for families too! The roads were kept clear the whole time we were there making it easy for us California drivers to get in and out in our rental car.

So comfortable and clean and roomy

I don’t know how many square feet it is, but it feels really spacious. We enjoy each other’s company and the hot tub that is overlooking the hiking path, the trees and the bubbling river. It’s also really nice to sit on the deck and throw something tasty on the BBQ while listening to the river go right by your doorstep, as it were. Nothing to complain about.

A short but rejuvenating stay in tranquility and space

This is becoming one of our favourite places to hang out. It’s just so lovely, peaceful and a magical place to let all the chaos go. Hang in the hotub and listen to the sounds of the river, or go for a lengthy stroll on the manicured path right beside it. Or have a bbq right beside it as it’s literally right in the backyard. We were only two, but you could easily have 4 couples comfortably. Each bedroom has an ensuite. It’s a lot of space for the money. Love it

Clean, tranquil, beautiful river view and walk and sound, close walk to downtown.

We slept with the windows open and were lulled to sleep listening to the calming sound of the river flowing close by. It was really nice to sit in the jacuzzi and watch the river go by right in the backyard, basically. Nice to have a BBQ and sit on the back deck too. The house is very nicely done up, quite large, and the beds are comfy and it’s in a really nice, quiet, safe and magical area, really. It feels a little like the magic of being on the Canadian Shield, only it’s also quaint. There are some really great restaurants nearby. Tip, make reservations in advance! Host is also very accommodating. She made sure I had enough pillows. We recommend.

we had so much fun

The house was perfect for our crew. However, when we got here there were no sheet or towels and the beds had to be made. We had to shovel off the hot tub and the area around it. This was not difficult, but I was told that the everything was ready. Also, confusion between the home owner and the managment company. I received 2 different codes to get into the house and I only heard from the owner before our trip. Only on the day of did I hear from the property management. A bit sketchy. Otherwise a ton of fun

Kathleen, Thanks for the feedback we appreciate it very much! The owner had just handed the property over to us as a property manager and I guess we did have a few glitches. Sorry about the confusion on the house code. For that we apologize. I know housekeeping came over immediately to bring linens and towels as we had just done a deep clean so everything was taken away to be cleaned. I know we spoke several times about shoveling the hot tub area and we sincerely apologize that you and your group had to shovel the area. We have hired a new crew to do this in the future. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and again sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this caused you and your party. Thank you and we look forward to you coming back soon.

Great spot for multiple families

This is a nice spot and we really enjoyed having our own hot tub (as opposed to condos with shared hot tubs). The views were great and the house was clean! It is a nice layout for multiple families to stay together.

Delightful Breckinridge Lodge with views and rushing creek

Large property well appointed next to community walking trails that connect to Breckenridge. Loved the mountain views and rushing creek out the back of the house. Had an issue with grill and Bill the maintenance guy brought another one over right away.
