Come relax in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (one newly renovated bathroom!) apartment. Close to everything! One block off of The Historic Main Street of Downtown Dunedin. Lots of charm! Tons of restaurants, shops, parks and activities super close-by. World Famous Beaches near-by. Whether you're traveling for work or fun, there are Lots of fun things to keep you entertained! Great for traveling healthcare workers- ONE block away from the Mease Dunedin Hospital!

*There are 3 apartments on site, they are all available for rent if you have a larger party. Cute & comfortable! Great for work or play. Rest & relaxation. There is no cable but there are 2 Smart TV's that have all the main streaming services available.
There is a Laundry facility is on site and available for 5 day+ stays upon request and it is used by housekeeping staff as well as other guests. Use at your own risk.

There is a cute front porch with a swing, back deck with a nice eating area & grill.

I am local and available for emergencies. Check in & check out is contactless. I will send you your custom code to access your unit within 24 hours of your arrival date.

Historic Downtown Dunedin is the cutest Main St with the best restaurants, shops, everything you can ever want!

There are 2 parking spots available on site, there is also free street parking available as well as a free public lot nearby for extra guests.

Fun and so close.

This home was clean and offered all the amenities and comfort needed for a short stay. I especially enjoyed the front porch swing in the mornings! Walking around the corner then down Main St. just a few short blocks to the restaurants, breweries, and shopping was so easy. Also, riding my bike to the Pinellas Trail just five minutes down Main St was the best part of this location!

Great Spot for ST

Other than the ceiling of the en-suite bathroom, the place was clean, it had a perfect location, and the owner was responsive to communication. Fit our needs and we are planning on running it back.

Awesome Location!

Property and amenities was as described. Location was great if you don't mind driving to the beach. There were some nice night spots that is walking distance from the apartment. Neighborhood was really quiet.

This booking was done for out of town work guests, they gave no complaints or concerns about their stay. The location was great to all downtown Dunedin has to offer and check in was very easy. The host was accommodating and quick to respond.

Cool Town

Great location in downtown Dunedin. This town has a definite old Florida vibe. Walk to everything including waterfront. Apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable and clean. Nice deck in the back. Perfect for grilling and relaxing.

Great location, a bit tired.

The location of the home was great for our family. Easy to access all of downton Dunedin. The bathrooms were "grimey"- very tired and needing some updates. Other than wanting to wear my flip fops in the shower- it was a good stay. We would probably not stay here again.

I’m sorry you felt that way. We do have plans to update the bathrooms, but either way, they are clean. Just a bit dated. Thank you for the feedback though. I strive to always improve.

Cottage needs some repairs

We rented this property for two weeks. The interior dining table had a short leg and wobbled, which is annoying when you're trying to drink or eat. Because we had to move it away from the wall whenever the three of us had a meal, propping up the leg needed to be re-done constantly. The latch for the bathroom door in the smaller bedroom didn't work so you had to lock the bathroom door if you wanted to keep it closed. One set of Venetian blinds in that same bedroom had slats that couldn't be opened. The bracket that is designed to hold open the window drape was coming out of the wall. Cushions were missing from some of the outdoor chairs. A screen in one living room window was broken. Taken together, all of these issues suggest a property that is lacking regular inspection and basic maintenance. Kristen, the property manager, brought us the missing cushions. The handyman who was supposed to come on a particular afternoon, didn't. We understand that the above problems were not dealbreakers individually but, collectively, they did detract from our enjoyment of the cottage. We hope all repairs can be made in time for future renters.

Poor All Around

Booked based on prior ratings and photos. Looking back one review stated updates needed or worn out or to this effect. We took a chance and I agree, floors are uneven throughout, missing chucks of hardwood floors in bedroom, bathrooms are super tiny and not the greatest craftsmanship. Pictures on site look nice but as they say pictures can be deceiving. Even worse was the poor communication from the start with the property owner. Never sent us our check in details until day of and only reason she did was we contacted VBRO first. I will say she did respond quickly when prompted to but not before or proactively. Additionally second to last night around midnight we found large coach roaches in our daughter’s bed. We didn’t feel comfortable at all staying any longer. Contacted VBRO who got me in touch with property owner. By the way she only communicates via text messages. I Informed her of the situation and she agreed to us finding a hotel and crediting us for our last two nights. She stated because of the wet weather conditions that having roaches is common and she has had the pest control out but in this case based on the conditions mentioned above they can crawl right in from the ground. Anyway she only credit our family one night and not two as she agree. Do not trust this person and look elsewhere. Tried several attempts to resolve for two weeks. Last time using VBRO AND for sure this rental. Renters beware.

Unfortunately from the start this guest had trouble using the app. All check in details & instructions were sent the morning of arrival THROUGH THE VRBO APP. When he reached out directly by text, I was happy to also provide the check in details through text as well. There were a lot of miscommunications and it is always better to keep a paper trail of all communication to avoid that. Unfortunately he chose to leave due to an unfortunate sight of ONE BUG and then proceeded to demand refunds for the last 2 nights of his stay instead of allowing any time or grace to remedy the situation. I was happy to refund the one night which is what was agreed upon. He then started retaliating against me by reporting me for completely made up lies and tried to get my listing suspended. VRBO saw this for what it was and declined his constant requests. He has since continued texting me privately and demanding more money back (even though the one night I agreed to refund had already been refunded). It is clear he is better suited for a hotel and not in a tropical climate where lots of things can happen. I take pride in my units and strive for happy guests. It is unfortunate that we had this happen.

We had a girls weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better location! The space was cozy and had everything you needed. Our host was so accommodating with some special requests we had. I would stay again without hesitation!

Great Getaway

This is perfectly located in Dunedin with easy access to all of the restaurants, shops, and ice cream (kids)! It is quiet and relaxing with easy access to the beach and other attractions around.
