Beach Blossom - PET FRIENDLY PRIVATE HOME!

Stunning 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home located off Folly Field Rd. Beach Blossom has just been completely renovated and designer decorated. Upon entry you will be greeted by a fully furnished living room with vinyl flooring throughout, and a mounted flat screen tv. Hovering above you is a double ceiling fan for great circulation and a skylight for natural sunlight to shine throughout! Straight down the hall you will run into the owners suite with a king size bed, flat screen tv, sliding glass doors that open onto the back patio, and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower. Next to the owner's suite are the two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with a mounted flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a mounted flat screen tv. From the hallway, you will see the spacious dining area with seating for 7 and sliding glass doors to the patio. The dining area is open to the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, double sinks with garbage disposal, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Next to the kitchen is an oversized laundry room with a washer & dryer. Walking out onto the patio, is a large fenced in backyard. Built into the patio is a hot tub that fits up to 8 people and a fire pit to sit around to roast marshmallows or hotdogs! And if you're not ready to go inside quite yet, utilize the outdoor seating and bench table for dinner. Don't be surprised if this is where you spend most of your time!

One of the Islands most popular beaches (Folly Field Beach) is only a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. Feel free to use the beach accessories and chairs that are offered for you to enjoy. Spend your day playing putt-putt at Adventure Cove or take the Island Trolley to anywhere you'd like!

This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend! Dogs ONLY please. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the 1st approved pet with an additional $150 for the 2nd approved pet. There is a 2 dog limit and both pets must weigh 30lbs or lower. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Perfect for families and pets

The house was perfect for our family and pets. Our dogs loved the big back yard with a privacy fence. Our teens loved the hot tub and we all enjoyed the easy walk or drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay! The home is thoughtfully remodeled and comfortable. The walk to the beach was simple for us and the hot tub was a plus. Everything we needed was supplied and the property management was excellent (thank you Laura)! Our expectations were exceeded.

This was our first time to the ocean! We haven’t had a family vacation in 8 years. This house was the best! Everything about our stay was perfect!!! Beautiful home!

Beautiful

Loved it the house was so much nicer in person. The large fenced in yard was great. We loved sitting out in the morning and the evening. We will be coming back next year!

Perfect Spot in Hilton Head

We had a wonderful stay here on our trip to Hilton Head. The house is in a great location - near the beach and mid-island so it was easy to get around. It is super cute inside and looks just like the pictures. It was also perfect for our dog who really enjoyed chasing the ball in the backyard. Very clean, comfortable beds and there is beach equipment to use. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Winter Break on Hilton Head Island

We enjoyed the convenient location to the beach, shopping, restaurants and activities. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard and hot tub. The furnishings made the stay away from home comfortable. We had a few minor problems that occurred during our stay and the property manager, Laura, was awesome and addressed them immediately.

HHI Summer 24

Property was perfect for our stay. Traveled w our adult children and our two dogs who loved the fenced in back yard. Spent a lovely week on the beach, just a short bike ride away and dining at some of HHI finest and bbq on the back yard grill. House was well stocked w all essentials for a great trip. Didn’t want for anything.

Comfortable, quiet

Our first time to HHI. Chose the location due to availability of a dog friendly house vs condo/villa. House was clean and comfortable. Near the airport but overall quiet. A cold front came through while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy use of all the available beach gear but we were able to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub. Great backyard. Loved the nearby Folly Field Beach access area. House and area are very dog friendly.

Excellent house walking distance to beach with fenced in backyard

Comfortable, well appointed house in quiet residential neighborhood walking distance to beach and nice fenced in yard for dogs or young children. Hot tub was out of service when we stayed but looked quite nice. Bed was comfortable and house has super helpful extras like beach gear, books and games. A 4 for cleanliness because floors and kitchen were sandy and had food crumbs and sheets (seemed through a linen service) had slight stains. Minor issues. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great House by Folly Field Beach

Great house mid-island off of Field Field Road. House is very clean and equipped with everyone you need for a great beach vacation. We enjoyed the short walk/bike ride to the beach. The weather wasn’t the best (it I was rainy snd 60 Memorial Day weekend) so we just walked along the beach but the hot tub was great in the evenings! The kitchen is well stocked and the laundry room has a large/full-size washer and dryer. Bedrooms were clean and the walk in shower in the guest bath was very nice for grandma. Lots of fun and memories from the trip and we will keep this house in our future plans!

Amazing Getaway

We recently stayed at this incredible vacation property, and I have to say, it was a dream come true! The place was beautifully designed, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. Now, while our stay was mostly perfect, there was just one minor issue. We did encounter a neighbor across the street who seemed a bit unfriendly, but thankfully, it didn't affect our overall experience. I want to emphasize that this was seemingly a one-off situation and didn't overshadow the wonderful time we had at the property. The property management team was responsive and supportive, making sure our stay was enjoyable. If you're looking for a truly remarkable getaway, I highly recommend this vacation property.

Fun Alumni Get-Away

Pleasant stay within a 10 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. We enjoyed the grassy backyard and hot tub! Large kitchen and dining table were great for family meals together. Overall would stay here again.

Great property especially for elderly who cannot do stairs. Also very pet friendly!

Gray property for small group. We had 4 adults and our dogs. Property was perfect for us as my parents cannot do stairs. Probably one of the best stocked properties that we have rented. Even had pet mats, bowls, and a bed. Easy walk to beach but we drove down most days so the parents could walk on beach vs waking to the beach!

Beautiful house not great management company

We stayed at your beautiful home for the month of February and loved our stay. The house was large and bright and plenty of seating for all our family who stopped by for a visit. Our cats also loved the enclosed back yard, lots of room to sit and watch the many birds that fly by. The only downside was the management company that didn't respond to our requests. We needed toilet brushes for the bathrooms (we were staying for a month) and after several attempts over 10 days at messaging (with 1 initial response that a work order was put in) we went and bought one from Walmart. Also, the sprinkler system came on several days a week at 10:30 soaking our fire wood for the fire pit and leaving us unable to use the yard until it dried back there. with company sitting having coffee it made for a fast retreat into the house. Nothing was ever done by the agency to change the timer :(. One bed had dirty sheets on it and another lacked a top sheet. At that point i stopped leaving messages and calling the agency (never able to speak to a person but did leave a VM) so I ended up washing all the sheets and asked my sister-in-law who came for a visit to bring her own sheets. I hope the owner looks into the agency as I feel like they dropped the ball several times. All in all, your house is beautiful and well appointed, it was a pleasure. We enjoyed the hot tub (it does seem to have a slow leak somewhere). the several times we used it we had to fill it with a bit of water though.
