You can practice your hoops game either from the pool or in the driveway or play corn hole, throw the football, and/ or kick the soccer ball on the beautifully manicured back lawn. This house is perfect for two or three families as it offers three separate living areas. The attached Casita has it's own entrance thru the front courtyard. There is a king sized bed and full bathroom in the Casita. On one side of the house, you'll find the spacious Master Suite with separate office/workout room. On the other side of the home are four additional bedrooms and a large bonus room. If you enjoy exercising while on vacation, there is a brand new Peloton and fly wheel bike, weights, and yoga mats in the office off of the master. Enjoy yoga on the lawn, or take a hike on the neighborhood hiking trail. If golf is more your style, you are in the right spot! The legendary Boulders Golf Club is only a few miles away. The Legend Trails Golf Club is also just around the corner. We're not far from Troon, Desert Mountain, and many other courses. The property is so beautiful, you may not want to go out.
