Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, the comfortable beds, and the convenient location near the beach and local attractions. It’s also wonderful to hear that our team was responsive during your stay — we truly appreciate your kind words. We do apologize for the areas that fell short of expectations. We're sorry to hear that your initial message prior to arrival was not responded to — that is certainly not the level of communication we strive for, and we’ll be looking into that. We're also addressing the musty odor you experienced upon check-in and will follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure more thorough airing out and inspection of the property before guest arrivals. Regarding essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags — while we do provide a starter supply, we understand that clearer communication about what’s included would be helpful, and we’ll work on making that more transparent for future guests. We appreciate your comments about the exterior surroundings and understand how that can affect the overall feel of the stay. While we don’t have control over neighboring properties, your feedback is helpful as we continue to evaluate and improve the guest experience. Lastly, thank you for leaving behind some beach toys for future guests — that’s such a thoughtful gesture! We're happy to hear that you had a good time overall and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
