Waterfront South End Serenity! Bring your boat and your pup, leave the linens!

Everyone knows the south end of Topsail is the best! Come enjoy the beautiful waterfront views from sunrise to sunset in our newly renovated Topsail Beach home with room for up to 10. Setting off for adventure is easy from our floating dock on the deep end of the canal just feet from the ICW. Dock fits boats up to 25ft - bring yours or use our slightly smaller 2-seater ocean kayak ;) Beach access is directly across from the other end of the street, at PA #18 which features gradual ramps rather than stairs (wheelchair accessible). From this access, Serenity Point is a must-do scenic walk along the beach and around the tip of the island to the very peaceful sound side - a perfect sunset activity to do with loved ones (both 2-legged and 4!). House-trained pets are welcomed with pet fee, but you must notify us when booking that you are brining a pet as pet fee does not get added automatically; failure to notify may result in an additional charge.
Open floor plan is great for keeping the whole group together, whether in the kitchen, dining room or living room. House underwent major renovation during COVID lockdown, completed in 2021, with all major items replaced from windows and floors to HVAC and appliances. Guests have complimented the comfortable new medium firm mattresses - there's a king master bedroom, one with a queen, one with 2 long twin beds and the fourth room has 4 twin bunk beds. Kitchen is well-equipped with large capacity stainless steel appliances and variety of utensils/small appliances.
Linens and basic household supplies are included - you'll find beds made upon arrival, bath towel sets for each guest and plenty of beach towels rolled and ready by the door. Individual soaps and shampoos provided as well as hand and dish soap, kitchen towels and paper towels. Beach supplies like folding chairs, boogie boards, bocce ball set, shovels and sand molds, paddles and balls are all kept in the laundry room on the ground floor. Please, please rinse sand off of any items used at the beach and allow to dry before returning to laundry room!
