Luxury townhome in downtown, Roof-top patio w/River views, walk to breweries
Come relax in this luxurious modern town-home in the heart of downtown Hood River. You can see the river from the giant floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, and perched on the roof top patio you can watch the action at the Waterfront. The wonderfully appointed kitchen will make you feel right at home. Spacious and comfortable master suite with walk-in shower and double vanity. Guest room with a Queen bed, and another room with a Full bed. Laundry down the hall. Walk to shopping and Hood River's eateries; only 1 block from Double Mountain Brewery. A large garage with off street parking and gear storage. There are train tracks that run next to the building Lic #786 Sorry no AMEX.
Couple day vacation. Location was prefect for walking to shops, restaurants, and breweries. Parking was tough for second vehicle but overall stay was good.
I cannot say enough excellent things about this property. The location is perfect to fully explore Hood River and the interior itself is clean, functional, and comfortable. We really appreciated having this as a home base over the long weekend!
Very nice, clean, well appointed place. Convenient location. Modern and comfortable. Beautiful views from the living room and private rooftop deck. Really just a wonderful property all around.
Had a wonderful stay. Like the other reviews have mentioned, parking was a little tricky, but since we walked everywhere, it really didn't matter to us. Location is central to everything, you can walk to the river and around town--no problem. There are a lot of stairs in the unit, it didn't bother us, just something to be aware of. Comfortable beds, overall nice place.
property was as described. view of the river/gorge. great spot for walking to downtown hood river/shopping, etc. property was spacious with plenty of space for our extended family of 6. kitchen was adequately stocked, had the basics for cooking/baking. beds were comfortable. had an issue with the heat while we were there, the property manager was responsive & sent someone over to assess the next day, but it did take an additional day to get space heaters. overall had a great staywould recommend to others & would stay again at this property
Beautiful condo & excellent location! Description is accurate. The other reviews are correct - there is construction next door & there was construction noise for a few hours each day during our weekend stay - but nothing too bad.
Beautifully furnished and designed space. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of small appliances. High end amenities in the bathrooms. Great rooftop deck to take in the gorge views. Property manager promptly replied when sent text messages!
This condo was really nice and in an excellent location. Close to downtown and a short walk to riverfront. Like other posts have mentioned, there is a bit of noise due to construction next door and the train, but we were outside most of the time so didn't really notice that much.
The garage is difficult to get in/out of, but as long as you took it slow, you were fine.
This townhome was amazing. Beautiful concrete walls and lots of style. It was an absolutely perfect setting and home base for me during my wedding weekend in Hood River. The primary suite downstairs was lovely and I felt like a queen! Thank you Amy for a fantastic stay. Also, the rooftop was incredible! Sitting there with a glass of champagne was such a nice relaxing way to kick off my wedding day.

The townhouse was beautiful, spacious and located in a very convenient area to walk to everything in Hood River. The only negative is the construction going on next door through a shared wall. It started every morning at 7am with saws, music and pounding. Would stay again as long as the construction is done.
Everything was awesome and beautiful. The garage was a pain to get in and out of, would have loved a parking pass.
We needed more towels.
And my biggest problem is thereâs no AC in the bedrooms. It would get sooo hot and I was in the room where you couldnât open the window.
Iâm also not a fan of chores, I specifically chose vrbo bc theyâre least likely to make you do chores but we had to do them anyway.
Check in was great and townhome was beautiful! Itâs walking distance to waterfront park and many stores, breweries and restaurants. Not much closet space or drawers for the smaller bedrooms and 2nd bathroom is small. Master suite area was plenty big with lots of storage in room and bathroom. There is a hot water /tea maker and espresso coffee maker. Wasnât able to find the appropriate capsules in town for coffee maker. Ice maker wasnât working and wasnât able to get fixed during our stay. As mentioned in other posts the train is definitely loud if youâre in the master suite and garage is difficult to maneuver. Overall a great place for 4-5 people.
I was looking for a place that would be convenient to downtown so car could stay parked. We found it. The home was very clean and rooftop patio is awesome. The home is very industrial in style. Had very nice kitchen appliances. Bathrooms were nice with heated floor in main bedroom. Would not recommend this home for little one or someone that has trouble walking mainly because of all the stairs. You have to do a lot of stairs to get to anything. Only other issue is parking. Hood River charges for street parking. The garage to get in and out of is a 2 out of 10. Need a very small car and be able to back up a long distance and around a corner easily. We also had a hard time getting warm in the house.
This spot was great for our weekend trip to hood river ! We brought our 9 month old which was a little difficult in terms of baby proofing with all the flights of stairs and concrete floors, but otherwise we had a great stay. This place was right in town and had plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby! We could have had another person or 2 stay with us too if needed. It was right by the highway and train tracks but you couldnât hear anything with the windows closed. The parking was a little interesting to maneuver with bikes on our rack but we figured it out and had plenty of room for gear in the garage. It was so nice to be walking distance to downtown and the waterfront and only 10 min from the bike trails. We would definitely stay here again!

PROS: Property was very nice. Very well appointed. Rooftop patio is awesome. Heated floor in master bath was nice! Great location, easy walk to shops/restaurants/brewpubs. CONS: Lots of stairs to climb as this is a multi-tiered condo. Parking was a concern as the driveway to the garage is narrow making getting a larger vehicle into the garage difficult. Condo is right next to the railroad tracks, but noise was not to bad.

I enjoyed staying in this townhouse -- located inside of what must have once been a warehouse -- which has now been beautifully restored. The master bedroom was an architectural marvel: Tall ceilings, exposed brick, flood to ceiling windows.I noted that some tenants complained about the noise of the trains. But the trains did not disturb my sleep. I thought they added to the experience. The local vacation rental manager, Amy Kitt, whom I have dealt with before, was super-organized and professional, as always. I believe she could run a major corporation if she wanted to. There are, however, three things I would change about this place, in order to make the stay of guests a bit closer to perfection:1. The directions on how to find the unit's indoor one-car garage -- which can only be accessed by driving in a westerly direction, along the northern edge of the building, parallel to the railroad tracks -- could be clearer. 2. I would either improve the heating or provide more blankets. I had the thermostat in the master bedroom set at 76 degrees, but it felt at least ten degrees colder than that. (I acknowledge that I may not have known how to operate the thermostat. But if that's true, it speaks, again, to the need for clearer instructions.) 3. The cleaning staff could do a better job: There was detritus that had fallen off the wall in one of the storerooms; the dishwasher had not been completely emptied, so I was not able to find the spatula until the day I left; some of the dishes and cutlery had hardened food particles stuck to them, which some might find off-putting.One thing about this townhome that cannot be changed is that the second and third bedrooms are very small. This was an error by the architect. Perhaps if you put small children in those two small bedrooms, they will not complain. All in all, no guest will ever be completely satisfied with any residence. I thought the positives outw
