This freshly updated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom luxury penthouse property is sure to impress. Panoramic views of the Atlantic can be enjoyed from every angle. Styled with coastal blues and whites, this seaside retreat leaves nothing to be desired.

Both bedrooms are located on the entry level of this villa. The Master is furnished with a gorgeous upholstered king size bed with crisp white linens and a beautiful patterned duvet. A matching dresser, nightstands and flat screen television complete the room. Windows line the wall giving guests the ultimate ocean view from the comfort of their bedroom. Access to the balcony is offered as well. The grand en suite bathroom provides a double vanity and tiled walk in shower.

The second bedroom is just down the hall and offers a king bed, beautiful matching nightstands, chest of drawers and flat screen television. Sliding glass doors allow access to the balcony and unbeatable ocean views. The second bathroom features a shower tub combo and vanity area.

Just up the stairs you will find the main living area. Here, unbeatable views can be enjoyed from every angle. The main room is furnished with a matching sofa and love seat along with two striped swivel chairs. Just across the room you will find the dining area complete with a large wooden table and 6 matching chairs. Three bar stools offer additional dining space. The fully updated and equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dark wood toned cabinetry and a white subway tiled backsplash. An additional sitting area offering excellent views of the tree scapes can be enjoyed. Guests can relax on the balcony while sipping a cup of coffee or enjoying a great book. Whether you are enjoying the sun set over the backwater marshes on the intracoastal from one side, or you are rising to the sunrise coming up over the gorgeous Atlantic horizon, this luxury penthouse allows you to truly experience the beauty of Amelia Island like no other.

Description Does Not Do It Justice

had an incredible time staying in 1670 Sea Dunes Villa. Watching to sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the marsh from either side of the living room was magical. The complex is toward the end of the Omni Resort property making it feel less crowded. The amenities of the unit were great as was the local management team.

Perfect place to unwind

Incredible views combined with extremely comfortable living spaces. We loved sitting in the chairs, watching the ocean on one side and enjoying the sunset on the other side. Although our weather didn't cooperate, the place was so bright and cheery due to the open layout. We would love to return!

Wonderful property

This was our second time at the Sea Dunes on the Omni property and it probably won't be the last. The beach was never crowded, everyone is friendly, the unit and the property was very well kept and clean. Easy access to the beach and pool.

condo was great, not much to do there for kids, pools were all closed due to construction,

Top of the line unit

Unit 1670 was very well appointed from kitchen to bedrooms to bathrooms. All furnishings excellent. Beds and bedding great. Pretty art and accessories throughout. Complex is at a great location on the beach but pool is not immediately at complex nor did they have umbrellas by pool so we went to the Ritz for the day. Good communication with property management. Elevator broken upon arrival but fixed within 6 hours.

Great stay

The unit is as advertised. Newly renovated, amazing views of ocean and marsh, well appointed, boogie boards, tent, towels,cart. Super clean unit. Parking on site. You are on the beach and the pool is a very short walk. Oh.. did I mention the view.. all I can say is wow! Thanks for the great stay. Will definitely be back.
