Cette magnifique maison dans la station balnéaire pittoresque de Capitola vous rappellera d'être dans un petit village en Italie. Marque nouveau lit Queen dans une chambre à coucher et un double super confortable dans la 2ème chambre. Canapé-lit avec une épaisseur de plateau-coussin dans le salon peut accueillir deux personnes.

Il a sa propre embarcadère avec vos propres kayaks et un canot à utiliser à votre guise. Ou vous pouvez poser sur le pont et donnent sur la belle Soquel Creek et observer la nature.

Promenez-vous à la plage et profiter du surf et le soleil.

BBQ sur la terrasse et regarder les canards serpentent par en sirotant un verre de vin à partir de l'un des vignobles locaux. Ou tout simplement se détendre et lire votre livre préféré sur l'intimité de votre propre deck.

Les environs verdoyants sont à couper le souffle. Si vous vous sentez l'envie de faire du shopping ou au restaurant, le centre-ville et Espanade sont seulement une rivière à deux minutes à pied.

Perfect Weekend

As a group of tired, working mamas, we had the most restful and enjoyable weekend. The location couldn’t be better, the weather was stunning, the downtown activities were so fun (VW festival with music!) LoriAnn the housekeeper left us a list of local places to eat and was super kind. It really couldn’t have been better and we will definitely return.

Location, location, location

this house is situated right on the creek and it’s so so peaceful to sit out on the deck and just watch the creek the ducks in the pond the seagulls flying overhead. It’s just an amazing little house. I have stayed here once before and always wanted to come back and so glad I finally made it

Very relaxing

This place has to be in the top 3 of the vacation rentals along the river. I could live out on that deck and be happy.We are definitely coming back.

After tax season R&R

We loved the property and the location is perfect. You don’t need to drive anywhere, everything you need is a few steps away. Just hanging by the water is the perfect antidote to a busy tax season!!

Lovely Capitola Getaway

This is a wonderful cottage on the river in Capitola, just a stones throw from the village and the beach. The house is well equipped, but the real shining star here is the outdoor space with patio and riverside access. It’s so quiet and peaceful.Good communication with the owner.

Short getaway on the River

We’ve spent a lot of time in the area but never on the river walk in Capitola! The house was cozy and comfortable - warmly heated in the mornings, sunny on the deck, close to great food and coffee. We’d go back!

Love this property

This is such a wonderful property. It's right on the water and a few minutes walk to the beach. The town is pet friendly and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The place is always clean and Steven is very responsive to questions. This was our second time here and it won't be our last!

A Fabulous Property!

I have had good VRBO stays before, but this one was the smoothest and most gorgeous one yet! Even before our visit, when there were technical glitches with getting electronic payment credited to the host, he was communicative, responsive, and accommodating. Once booked, Steve provided clear instructions about everything from entry into the property to expectations for check out. The unit itself is in walking distance from the shore and the view of the river from the back deck was spectacular. Our puppies also loved the foot traffic along the promenade at the rear of the property and made new friends ;) We would love to stay there again sometime.

Delightful stay on the Riverwalk.

Enjoyed your beautiful property. It is a very social area with wonderful people walking along the Riverwalk. Loved the lovely touches of a well stocked kitchen and dishes. We could walk to the restaurants, stores and beaches. Delightful………

Excellent location

I took my daughter for her 16th Birthday along with her 20yold brother. It was amazing even with the rain. Dog friendly and the river is right there, so beautiful. The village is a short walk. Accommodations were comfortable and just what we needed. Host was quick to reply. We hope to return.

We love staying on the river in Capitola, and this home was in the perfect location. Other than a few issues with the Home Instructions Manual being out of date, and a few amenities that we felt would have made the place perfect, we really loved the property. Lots of birds in the river, if you're interested in birds. People walking by are all ver friendly. Love Capitola.

Magical Christmas

My family and I stayed 4 nights at Steven’s property for Christmas. The location was amazing, just a very short walk to a quaint town with shops and coffee shops and restaurants. Great big outdoor area to gather and enjoy the river. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner. Steven is very communicative if you need him. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Yup, it’s Heaven

We’ve stayed at this property twice. Each time we’ve loved it!! It’s so conveniently located, but also set on the river with a stunning view. Our dog loves watching the ducks as well as walking on the path (good smells). We love the property so much that we’ll be confirming our third visit very soon.

Family tradition Beach getaway

Good times had by all. Easy access to Capitola Village. Beautiful river setting. Lots of friendly animal lovers on the path. Weather was cool it hit or miss this time of year but the kids don’t care because there at the Beach!!

Relaxation at its finest!

We enjoyed watching all the birds on the river on the deck. Relaxing and enjoyable. Furniture is perfect for the house. Very convenient to Barbeque and cook. Location is perfect!
