Newly renovated, all new furniture, new appliances, very clean. 5 minute drive to Saratoga State Park (great for walking/running/hiking) and Saratoga Performing Arts Center; 10 minute drive to Saratoga Race Track. The townhouse is centrally located nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Private deck and fenced in yard with barbecue.

Perfect spot for a fun weekend in Saratoga

Perfect location! A short uber ride to all the amazing places we needed to go in Saratoga! The condo was great, the communication with owner, easy and efficient! The two bedroom condo was clean and comfortable! We will be back for sure!!

PERFECT WEEKEND STAY

This home was perfect for our weekend family stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the deck /grill were perfect for an evening cook out. We were a close drive for day shopping in Saratoga Springs and a dinner at Druthers Brewing.

Larry and Mary have the cleanest, most well-appointed home we ever stayed in. The house was simply perfect- they truly thought of everything! They were responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them and their terrific home!

Wonderful, cozy space

We were in the area for my daughter's wedding. Although we weren't able to spend more time in this space, it had everything we needed. After a long day, it was nice to relax in this cozy space. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs. My husband and I really appreciated it.

Perfect July getaway

We stayed at this property near Saratoga. Perfect place, comfortable beds, clean. Very close to the racetrack, lake and Saratoga. Owners checked in and never had any issue. Supermarket about 3 mins away. SPAC located also about 5 mins. Would stay here again.

Great Place

We were in town for a wedding and this spot was perfect. It was nice to be just a bit out of town as the Belmont Stakes was also in town and the area was crowded! Larry did a fabulous job of communicating before and after and everything worked smoothly. Completely stress-free in every way!

Clean and Comfortable

Spent the weekend in your home! Perfect proximity to SPAC and also Saratoga Springs. All amenities were available, including coffee pods! The decor, comfortable beds and couches made our stay very enjoyable! The property was extremely clean, and also updated. We will book again in the future!

Spaciousness was a surprise! (Photos didn't do it justice) Enjoyed the special touches throughout, so comfortable, convenient little notes, cheer fireplace, central location, quiet neighborhood. Easy entry, everything worked. This was one of our top two stays so far!

Perfect Saratoga springs retreat

Our choice of property was spot on. Two spacious bedroom with bathrooms upstairs, third half bath downstairs. The kitchen was completely ready to use. Lovely dining and living room. Patio and BBQ Set behind the kitchen. The many tiny details , night lights, stair lights, railings, easy entry and exit. And washer and dryer. We loved our stay. 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrake and downtown, close to quaint Ballston Spa . Owners Larry and Mary were easy to communicate with and very Gracious hosts.

A week stay at a home away from home! This place was very nice, very spacious and had all the amenities needed. From the barbecue outback to the q tips in the bathroom this place has it all. Would love to be stay again!!
