Kings Creek Cottage Downtown

Kings Creek Cottage is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home located in beautiful downtown Brevard, NC. This home features all new appliances including washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, fire pit, gas grill, four TV's, Keurig coffee maker, and a fully appointed kitchen. Perfect for guests that want to be in town and have easy walking access to local parks, shops and restaurants including, Franklin Park (less than 5 minute walk), Quotations Coffee Bar (10 min walk), Silvermont Mansion Park (10 min walk), Brevard College (5 minute walk),and more. You are also close to bath paths and a short drive to the beautiful hikes and waterfalls of Dupont State Forest and the Pisgah National Forest. This location and the beautiful furnishings make this vacation rental in the heart of Brevard a special retreat for guests.
The master bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed, television, custom walk-in closet and luxury master bathroom, is located on the main floor. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom features a television and large closet.

This rental includes central heat and air, luxury finishes in the kitchen and baths, linens and basic soaps provided! Everything you need to truly enjoy your vacation.

The Host
As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone. Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable. Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions. The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations. Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.

Beautiful home & great location!

Kings Creek was a wonderful stay for our family of 5 with 3 young kids! The home is clean & modern with minimal beautiful decor. The kitchen was well stocked & had everything we needed. We loved walking to the park just around the corner everyday & walking into downtown to eat & shop. We were there for mountain biking trails but also wanted to experience the town. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area!

This property was better than I expected. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to couples and families. I would stay here again.

A wonderful place to call home for a couple of days, we wished we could have stayed longer! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed down to the extra cozy blankets for mountain weather sleeping. The neighborhood/street was quiet and we enjoyed walking to get coffee and to the farmers market one morning. Love how close it is to downtown and Brevard College so we could be close to our daughter. We will stay again and will have to be there longer so we can enjoy the fire pit outside!

We have booked through White Squirrel before and we appreciated their friendliness and helpful attitude. Kings Creek Cottage is such a cute place. The layout and design was perfect for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the spaces and were able to relax and appreciate being in such a convenient spot in Brevard. We drove into town but it was easily walkable and felt safe. We would stay here again.

Nice place. Good location for visit. Not a real problem, but one back burner on stove non-functioning. In master shower, there was no place except floor to put your soap and shampoo. A little self would be nice. Really liked proximity to Brevard Music Center.

What a lovely home. Everything was new and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was great to have the outdoor space to hang out in. The location was convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in many ways! Did not want to leave!!

We really enjoyed out stay at Kings Creek Cottage! We wished we could have stayed longer...so next time we will have to make sure we can enjoy all this home has to offer. Location is PERFECT! A quiet street close to Brevard College and easy walk to downtown for coffee and shopping at the local farmers market on Saturday. The house was supplied nicely, down to the cozy extra blankets for those cool mountain nights. Loved the back yard, however; we were not able to enjoy it on this trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Loved our stay!

We stayed with our twin toddlers & my in-laws. This house was perfect! Couldn’t ask for a better location, with or without kids. Franklin Park was just a block away & the Silvermont Mansion’s playground is only a 10 minute walk - downtown is a 10-15 min walk, depending on where you’re going! Open floorplan on the main level with a powder room & pantry, two bedrooms tucked away upstairs with an additional full bath. Lovely backyard area with a fire pit. Host was very responsive if we needed anything! Hoping this house is available for our future trips too! Thanks for a wonderful weekend ❤️
