From the moment you enter this enchanted space, the idyllic waterfront views, showcased by expansive floor to ceiling windows, will evoke a sense of calm and serenity like none other. A new build that has state of the art finishes on a large private beachfront lot with an expansive waterfront deck. Enjoy your favourite morning Nespresso pick or an evening cocktail to the soothing sounds of the waves unfolding at the shoreline along with the breeze coming off of the lake. Spend your days in the sand on the amazing beach and snuggle up outside by the gas fire table or inside by the gas fireplace on cool evenings.

This spectacular property has all of the amenities that one could ask for.
It has two fully equipped kitchens with professional grade appliances and well-appointed island seating.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, 2 of them with walk-out balconies overlooking the beach, two of them have soaring 10 foot ceilings, and the other two are facing the main entrance which is Erie Road.
There are two main living areas. A large great room on the main floor with 10' coffered ceilings, that houses a gas fireplace with a walk-out beachfront deck. Adjoining the great room is an intimate dining area with cozy banquette seating, overshadowed by a shimmering crystal chandelier.
The lower level family room has additional seating alongside the fireplace with matching daybeds that double as oversize twin beds. As well as a sofa that folds down into an additional double bed for guests.
There is plenty of space for 20 guests such as a large family, two families or a group of friends enjoying a beach getaway.

There are two outdoor patios that offer plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing. Each deck is equipped with a gas barbeque for your use. The main deck also has a direct gas fire table for use on those chilly evenings.
With stairs down to the private beach this is a perfect vacation spot to relax in the sun and swim in the beautiful lake that has a very shallow walk out which is great for kids. It is located on the main strip of Crystal Beach and a short walk to the local restaurants, ice cream parlours, and boutique shops.

This is also a phenomenal location for paddle boarding and kayaking. There is a lot of space on the north side of the home to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. We have private buoys for your use as well.

Cycling and hiking is also very popular as the Friendship Trail is nearby.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS

Each of the bedrooms have been named after a crystal with specific healing properties to that stone. You will find the name of the room and a description of the healing properties outside of each bedroom. We hope that during your stay, you can take some time to be “In the Moment” and connect with your inner self. At the same time, being mindful of the healing properties from the crystal associated with each room. Crystal healing is an integral part of deepening one’s self awareness with the hopes of reaching higher levels of spirituality and alignment with one’s own self. Azure Room: Queen Bed with direct access to a private bath.

Hematite Room: 2 Queen Beds that adjoin to an ensuite bath

Selenite Room: 2 Queen Murphy Beds with adjoining ensuite bath and a lovely beachfront deck with outdoor seating. In room coffee bar included.

Celestite Room: 1 Queen Bed with adjoining beachfront deck and a washroom across the hall.

Jade Room: King Bed with desk, office area and printer.

Moonstone Room: King Metal Canopy Bed.

We provide all linens, bath towels, cookware, and dinnerware. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your use on the beach.

There is a stackable full-size washer/dryer located at the top of the stairs in the closet on the left next to Celestite room, as well as a second set of washer/dryer located on the lower level, adjacent to the kitchen area

There is plenty of complimentary onsite parking. This is a great location for two or three families to enjoy a beachfront getaway.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families, or groups of friends looking for a wellness getaway. We do not make considerations for large groups of young adults. Please note that there are two sets of stairs and a baby gate is available upon request. We do not allow pets at this home.

We provide a digital guestbook that you will receive 48 hours prior to check-in.

We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home. Please be considerate of the neighbours at all times..

Private beachfront access is provided, directly in front of our property. However please refrain from infringing on the private beaches of our neighbours as that is for their personal use.

Our beach house is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet time between the hours of 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

The Renter whose name the reservation is made in, is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.

When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. All garbage must be placed in the bins located in the garbage sheds near the street. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees.

Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by, or as, a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
