This amazing estate offers a newly renovated air conditioned Guest House with 2 levels.

The incredible views of the water can be enjoyed at all times directly from the house. The 110' of private beach is yours to discover during your stay.

The lower level, on the main floor, has 2 sleeping quarters. One bedroom has 2 very comfortable single beds and a smart tv.
The second space " The Bunkie" is equipped with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds with a large waterfront view window, smart tv, desk and sitting area.
This level includes a full bathroom with tub and laundry along with washer and dryer.

The second level (upper level) includes a large kitchen with microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, toaster, kettle, Keurig coffee maker. We have stocked the kitchen with ample dinnerware, glassware and utensils and more.

There is also an outdoor propane grill on the walkout upper patio off the dining room.
A dining area with additional bar stools allows for ample seating. There are extra leaf extensions available for additional seating at the table if needed.

The open concept living space with vaulted ceiling make this space so relaxing. Recliners and rocking chairs make this space so much more comfortable while watching tv on the large smart tv. During the cooler months a gas fireplace can be used for extra ambiance.

A second full bathroom with large walk-in shower includes a dispenser for the included body wash, shampoo or conditioner. We provide it in both bathrooms.

The upper bedroom with cozy queen bed has its own balcony and plenty of closet and drawer space. This bedroom is also equipped with a smart tv.

The abundance of windows throughout the home allows the space to be bright and offers great views of the property.

Enjoy the fully airconditioned space on those real hot days.

We offer kayaks and paddle boards for your enjoyment.
A beach fire is a must. We will set up and provide you with complimentary firewood for the first night. Additional firewood is available for purchase should you require more.
We provide you with 6 folding chairs that can be taken to the beach.
Beach towels are supplied. There are so many other extras included in this property. We suggest you come see for yourself.
