Lighthouse Point 13B | Oceanfront Condo, Pool!

Welcome to Lighthouse Point 13B, where you can "Sea the Beach" from your covered balcony. Enjoy expansive views of the beach at the Northern tip of Tybee Island. Located just steps away from the beach and pool, you will have a great vacation experience to make memories that will last a lifetime.

The living area includes a flat-screen TV and an attached balcony with a great view of the beach. There is a dining table seating up to 4 and additional outdoor seating for four on the terrace. Bedroom 1, the Oceanview bedroom is furnished with a King bed, an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. Bedroom 2, the Lighthouse view bedroom, is furnished with a King-size bed and a TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. A condo is an excellent option for family getaways or couples!

Lighthouse Point 13B is located on the second floor. Enjoy fresh ocean air from the furnished balcony. Parking is reserved for two vehilces under the building. (Spaces are narrow, so oversized vehicles may not fit).

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene, with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex featuring private beach access, tennis courts, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum and Jaycee Park.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us ! It was easy to get and out of and minutes to restaurants. Loved how quiet it was. Would recommend staying here again!

Very tranquil location with unobstructed ocean view!

Thoughtfully and beautifully furnished condo. Each bedroom had a king bed. The main bedroom had deck access and water views while the second bedroom could be converted into a private retreat with its own full bathroom. The best part was that the deck ran the full length of the condo with gorgeous unobstructed views of the natural dunes and ocean. Additional benefit is the direct access to the more private North Beach.

Great views, comfy stay

The beds in this place are amazing. The views from the living room and master were just as perfect. They are serious about the 2 car parking, but there is other public spaces around the block that we found are walkable for any overflow. There is a nice giant pool onsite and this side of the island tends to be a calmer and quieter beach.

Girls trip

Stayed with my two adult daughters for a few days. Different area we have never been here before. We enjoyed the beach and calmness of the water. It is quite a long walk to the beach though if you have any limitations which we do not. Overall really nice place to stay though.

Gorgeous views of the ocean and lighthouse!

My family and I loved staying at this property. The view is gorgeous! Very calm and relaxing. The walkway to the beach is beautiful. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The management team was wonderful to work with and made the check/in - check/out process very easy. The only issue we had was there were no beach items in the condo. We ended up purchasing a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas so the next guests could also enjoy. Otherwise, the unit was great and we will definitely be returning for another visit!

Friends getaway

We were looking for a place to enjoy Oceanside but also easy access to Savannah and this place was perfect. We could spend the morning sitting on the deck and the afternoon exploring Savannah. The guys enjoyed watching the cargo ships come and go. It was too cold for much beach time but we did walk out there. It’s not as close to condo as I thought but not a problem. We accidentally were on Tybee for the St Pattys Day parade which was fun. We tried several local restaurants but our best find was The Crab Shack. Don’t miss that place. So good and fun atmosphere. We took a day trip to Charleston which was wonderful and another to Hilton Head. Would def stay again if we come this way.

Everything shipshape

This condo has such a marvelous location
adjacent to the boardwalk to the beach with a balcony the length of the condo overlooking the dunes. As a spectacular bonus, all kinds of shipping goes by day and night
check them out with the binoculars thoughtfully provided. The bedrooms are spacious and convertible, the kitchen well supplied. The parking was close by and under cover. Be aware that there are stairs! The Tybee Vacation Rental agency is excellent to work with and keeps in touch by text. We used our location to enjoy the sights and food on Tybee Island, but it was also a great jumping place for sightseeing in Savannah!

Quiet Getaway

Property was just as described. Location and view were wonderful! Property Management team checked in with us but wasn't intrusive. Only comment was the internet was unreliable. Considering who the provider is it doesn't surprise me. Property Management was responsive when it was reported. We would stay again!

Definite Repeat Vacation Rental!

We loved our stay at Sea the Beach condo. They had all the things we needed in the kitchen and we loved that both rooms had comfortable king beds. The view from the deck was beautiful, we saw cargo ships and shrimp boats while we had our morning coffee. Great place for a family of four to have a relaxing vacation.

Much needed vacarion

We loved everything about the property! Location was perfect for us. The condo was clean, the area was quiet, the pool was very nice. The view was spectacular! We really enjoyed watching the cargo ships, shrimping/fishing boats, and other watercraft going and coming on the river. We will definitely choose this condo next time we visit the area!

Condo was perfect! Great view of beach and easy walk to beach. Only downside you have to drive to restaurants on Tybee, nothing within walking distance.
