With an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, the space is ideal for spending time together. As a bonus, the kitchen window offers a view of Little Lagoon, perfect for watching golden sunsets while you cook. This condo features a restful king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, while the second bedroom is ideal for guests or kids with its twin/double bunk bed and an additional twin bed. Great trip

Great condo with comfortable beds. Very clean and updated. Only negative is that the sofa wasn’t a pull out. Missed opportunity in my opinion but the 2nd room had twin over gull bunk and a twin. Great location. Pool wasn’t very clean but I did see them cleaning them as we left today. Highly recommend this condo, we would definitely stay here again.

Favorite Spot in Gulf Shores

We take a yearly trip to Gulf Shores as a friend group and have stayed in different condos throughout the years, this is our second stay at Lani Kai and we will be returning next year. Lani Kai's location and beach access cannot be beat! The unit is always clean and well decorated and stocked.

They gave us the wrong code and couldn’t get in. So had to call and have them fix it. People above us had 4 teenagers and they kept us up from 10:00 till about 1:00 every night being loud and it sounded like they were moving furniture. The noise was terrible with them.

Property was excellent! Super close to the beach and in a perfect location of shopping/food! We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and everything worked as it should including the a/c which this time of the year is a big thing! Would highly recommend staying here for a family!

Not family friendly!

While the condo was overall clean we were immediately disappointed upon arrival. We booked the condo for myself, husband, & our 3 young children. I am also 7 months pregnant so I was taken back at the entrance of the condo as the stairs did not seem sturdy and the banisters were very far apart. My two younger children could have easily slipped through them and fallen. The doors to the balcony DID NOT LOCK. It was very worrisome that my children would go out onto the balcony without me knowing. Beds were very uncomfortable, the master bed was similar to sleeping on a futon. The AC was also very loud, my children had a hard time falling asleep due to the loud noise. The best word to describe this condo is dingy. If you are looking for luxury this is not it!! We will not be lodging here again!

Beach Getaway

The location was ideal! Close to the water, close to downtown, but not so close to be bothered with traffic noise and people. The unit was well-equiped with everything we needed (kitchen supplies, linen, even an extra blanket). Only downside was the dryer was not working properly (does not tumble, only blew hot air). Regardless, we had an amazing stay and are planning our next trip next summer. Management stayed in frequent contact to let us know what to expect and next steps and the check-in/out process. They were so easy to work with!
