Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a gated, luxury, waterfront, resort community located only one block from the gorgeous, white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from The Ritz Carlton.

This beachy, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium provides guests with a fully-equipped kitchen including granite countertops, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. All linens and beach towels are included.

Upgraded High Speed Wi-Fi allows working professionals to stay connected to business. Other technology includes four TVs, two DVD players, Alexa Concierge Service, The Nest heating and cooling thermostat, and keyless entry.

From the third floor screened lanai you will enjoy views of the zero-entry pool with a tropical waterfall, perfect for kids of all ages. In addition, you can relax in the hot tub or exercise in the fitness center. Gas grills and outdoor dining areas are available poolside.

You will enjoy the convenience of an assigned, parking space along with a storage unit including beach chairs and pool toys in the parking garage. Bountiful outside parking exists for your visitors.
