Finca Bilou, 5 double rooms with ensuite bathroom, private pool with jacuzzi

For your private holiday or retreat in the mountains, we offer our rustic Spanish villa in the historic town of Aigües. With a big lush garden, seasonally heated swimming pool( has a surcharge), a rooftop terrace, grill area, a bar and a few indoor and outdoor seating areas - everyone will get to choose their favorite personal space.

The Finca is designed for a relaxing stay with your family or groups of friends up to maximum of 10 persons and max 2 children under age of 12. Only responsible cosy celebrations are allowed to ensure peace and calmness of the neighbourhood. Many group activities can occur here, such as wellness retreats (e.g. yoga or meditation) or more intensive training camps for biking enthusiasts. Aigües is a trendy cycling location. We even have a separate place on-site to safely store your gear and make some minor repairs.

There are 5 double en-suite bedrooms , 3 with double beds, 2 rooms with 2 single beds and are suitable for up to 10 persons.
There is one available baby cot (crib) and 2 extra beds for kids in room with parents( has a surcharge p.p.p.n)
All rooms have private entrances from the patio and en-suite bathrooms with showers. You will also have a spacious indoor lounge / living room with air conditioning for the hotter summer days, comfortable furniture, TV, dining table and access to the kitchen.

Finca Bilou is a self-catering estate and features a professional kitchen. Further more there are also two BBQs available and a Paellero: 1 on gas and 1 on coal. (Gas and coal are not included in the price. Gas bottle can be rented on site € 20,- the bottle)

If you want to bring your beloved pets with you, we have to agree on the size and the number of the animals in advance. Since it's a rural area, neighbors usually have pets. If not planned attentively, a night's symphony of distressed dogs and cats might spoil the mood for everyone.

An extra cleaning fee might be charged for guests with pets (except service dogs).

To live up to a promise of a calm mountain retreat, we ask our guests to respect the neighbors and not have a loud chatter outside after 00:30 AM.

Due to lack of staff at the moment we are only able to offer early check-in and late check-out on the days, when there are no other bookings surrounding those days. Always feel free to send us a message and ask about current flexibility and other matters.

It is stricktly prohibited for third parties to use the facilities of Finca Bilou. Visitors are not allowed to stay during the day or spend the night in Finca Bilou without permission from the owner. It is to ensure the well-being and safety of our guests.

Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old together with some other personal information of every guests. We need that by law for the government. If the information is not provided before arrival, you will not be able to stay with us unfortunately.

New legal regulations in the Valencian Community from August 2024, for all holiday homes officially registered in the Valencian Community.

For stays equal to or shorter than 10 nights, this is considered tourist accommodation and therefore falls under a tourist contract.

For stays longer than 10 days, the stay is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Legislative Decree 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valencia, and the signing of a seasonal rental contract is then mandatory
