The main house features a spacious and bright living room with stunning sea views, a fully equipped kitchen (including reverse osmosis water system), two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both the living room and the bedrooms have individual air conditioning units to ensure maximum comfort.

From the kitchen, you access a large covered terrace with sea views, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and dinners. This area includes a dining table, a chill-out corner with sofa, and a gas barbecue — perfect for relaxed evenings.

On the lower level, you’ll find three independent rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The most spacious one, with views of the pool, has air conditioning. The other two, cooler due to their shaded orientation, do not require air conditioning.

The property also includes a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Set on a large two-level plot, the villa offers a beautiful garden with palm trees, a large swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, and a leisure area with a ping-pong table.

The TRAM stop is just 500–600 metres away, offering direct connections along the entire coast: from Alicante city to Denia, passing through San Juan, Muchavista, El Campello, Villajoyosa, and Benidorm.

The centre of Coveta Fumá, with a supermarket, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, gym, and other services, is only around 600 metres away.

Check-ins and check-outs on Sundays or public holidays, and arrivals after 22.00 h have a surcharge, please ask the agent.
The price includes 200 kWh or 50€ of electricity per week. Any additional consumption is charged at €0.25/kWh.
