Dollywood Cottage, unit 490 Rustic Acres, is located just a little over two miles from Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country. Rustic Acres sleeps 6 and is the perfect cottage for the family looking to get away and yet still be close to everything. This newly remodeled three-bedroom two bath cottage is loaded with everything a family would need for a great vacation. Th fully furnished kitchen comes equipped with granite countertops, kitchen island, loads of extra kitchen appliances, dining for 6, and a coffee nook. The living room is equipped with leather furniture that includes a couch, loveseat, and recliner, and it also comes with a 50-inch flat screen TV mounted above the seasonal gas log fireplace. Walking down the hallway there are two bedrooms each with a queen size beds and 32-inch flat screen TVs, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Located at the end of the hallway there is the master bedroom that has a king size bed with 32-inch flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Just off from the dining area is the game room where you can shoot a game of pool or challenge someone to an air hockey game. After a day of shopping or hiking you can spend your evenings out back where you can soak your worries away in the hot tub, or swing by the outdoor firepit enjoying the beauty of the area. Rustic Acres has what you are looking for and is waiting for you and your family’s next visit to the Great Smoky Mountains. No pets. No Smoking. Wi-Fi included. Sleeps 6.

Not all it’s cracked up to be….

House was relatively nice, good location, nice neighborhood “Game Room” - Pool table and air hockey table seem to have came from dollar tree…. Not sturdy, felt as if you breathed wrong they would fall over. 4 person hot tub for a group of 6 in a house that sleeps 8 was not compatible. Given bare necessities for a vacation, including 1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, etc, for 6 people for 4 days was not enough.

Thanksgiving visit!!

Our family had a fantastic Thanksgiving visit to TN, and the house did not disappoint. The only complaint would be it was missing pot holders and the air hockey table seems to be on the tired side. The house was clean, well stocked, and provided spaces for many! Thanks for the great stay!!!

Cute place

This house was cute and we loved the decoration. We also loved the amount of bedrooms/bedding. Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We noticed both bathrooms had not been cleaned very well, especially the showers. There was hair all in the showers and the toilets weren't cleaned very well. Other than the cleanliness in some areas, our stay was good! use was great.

We loved the location of the property and the size. There were plenty of beds, so our kids didn't have to share. When we first walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of smoke, that lasted a few days. We know this isn't the owner's fault, but it was really unfortunate. I did contact the owners and didn't receive a response. The other disappointment was the hot tub. It did not heat up and the water was very dingy. We didn't feel like it was clean enough to go into.

Beautiful home but dirty

We stayed 4 nights the first night we noticed there was ashes and food in our bed room and there was hair all over the house the hot tub was low on water and it smelled awful also very slimy my son had spilt his juice and when I went to mop the mop bucket was covered it dust and spider webs which shows me nobody has mopped in a while.. The pillows had hard stuff stuck to them and blood staines if the company would properly clean and replace items as needed it would have been a perfect stay location was nice and quiet When I noticed the bedroom drawers was dirty I let the office now they did offer to come clean the house but denied because we didn’t want to be bothered on vacation

Not bad

I stayed in the Fireside Chalets, Rustic Acres in Sevierville, TN. The house was not too close to the others, which we liked, and it had a hot tub but we did not use it and it had a firepit with some swings around it but we also did not use those. The inside had three bedrooms and a game room that was fun for the children. On the other hand, it wasn't the cleanest. We found a lot of hair throughout the house. I believe that whoever cleaned up wiped everything with one towel. It was hair inside the kitchen, and we absolutely disliked that. We also saw a few spider's webs that could have been wiped away. Lastly, the check-in was filling out paperwork online; however, they didn't give me the address to where I was staying until about 20 minutes before my 4pm arrival time. I had to call three times trying to get the address and the last time I wasn't trying to be rude but I started to feel like I was being scammed since I'm used to getting the address to where I'm staying after I've paid for a cabin, etc. I guess they did this, so no early check-ins would happen. Who knows? Overall, the stay was not bad.

Very comfortable beds

The bedrooms are great. Beds are very comfortable and there is a TV in every room. Game tables are OK, though they show signs of wear and some pieces are missing. The kids in our family didn't mind and had fun anyway. The location is great and it's only a 5-7 minute drive to Walmart if you need supplies. (There are no spices in the kitchen, so be sure to bring everything you need to cook.) There were maintenance issues with the house which interfered with our stay. It appeared that no one did a thorough inspection of the property after the last guests left. I checked in for my stay, only to find a leak in the laundry room, half the game room carpeting soaking wet, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and a hot tub which never got hot. I was very disappointed. Once those issues are fixed properly, this will be a great property for family get togethers.

Nice family getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at this beatifully decorated rustic home. It had everything we needed and more. Home was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the location close to all attractions in the area without being too close. We enjoyed staying home as well We cooked, watched TV, played pool, air hockey, checkers and the arcade. And enjoyed the swings outside. We were not able to use the hot tub, grill or fire pit due to the high winds going on during our stay. We did go to Anakesta it was alot of fun and a must visit if in the area. We went to the island and enjoyed shopping and eating at Mels Diner, 5 Oaks Farm, Margaritaville island restaurant. So much to do in the area. We try to visit at least 3 times a year. We have stayed many places this is now one of our favorites. Thank you so much for having us. Very Accurate Description of Property

The unit was very homey and exactly what I had expected it to be from the photos. Only had one small issue (that could not have been predicted by anyone) and maintenance came by and fixed it in a very timely manner. The extra game room was fun. We definitely would stay here again!! The location is close enough to the city, but far enough away that you can’t hear the highway.
