Triple Cleaned, New construction home! This 7,200sf Beach home is the PERFECT rental for any occasion; weddings, family vacation, reunions, etc. A 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views and plenty of living space! The home is located in Bradley Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The home has four covered balconies, an infinity pool, two living rooms, 10 bedrooms and a private elevator. Whether you're planning a family vacation, wedding, or corporate retreat, this home will fit your needs.

The space
The home has 10 bedrooms, 8 king beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. 12 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The first floor has 1 king, the second and third floors have 3 kings and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and the top level has 1 king. All bedrooms have a private bath attached. Don't worry, there is a private elevator that goes from the garage to each floor.

Pool heating is available for $100 per day.

This property was everything I expected and more. From the beautiful views, to the little touches added for our convenience, the clean rooms and pool, it was the perfect spot for my birthday weekend. Jospeh was awesome and responded to every question, concern and check in/ checkout steps. I will be renting again.

This home was incredible! We had plenty of room to accommodate our group of 15 plus two little ones. The house was an easy walk to the beach and had spectacular views of the ocean from any of the balconies.The pool was a great addition to take advantage of as a way to keep cool without having to go to the beach.The garage and driveway could easily fit 7 cars in total, and we had two large SUVs in our group.The host was very attentive and accommodating, we are so grateful for their hospitality and would recommend anyone to stay at this location!

The picture actually understated how big and beautiful the house is. The 1st floor kitchen / living area was very comfortable for our group, 22 people. The top floor is a great space for a group to gather at night. The owner and management company were extremely responsive from the booking process through checkout. The pool looked small in the pictures, but it handled our group without a problem.

Large and spacious with wonderful views. We had a large group of 15 people. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company. We cooked in the kitchen and on the grill. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to make some fabulous meals. The beach is a short stroll down the private boardwalk and there are pool floats and beach chairs available. Plenty of parking for 4 large vehicles. We will return again.
The upper floor balcony was a favorite spot.

The kitchen was fully stocked. The rooms were clean and spacious. The views from the oceanside were nice! We really did enjoy ourselves. Amenitie stores of all kinds are within a few miles of the property. The beach is a very short walk from the house. The only critique I have is that elevator wasn't working while we were there. That caused us to have to rearrange the bedrooms for those with physical limitations. Climbing all those stairs was quite the workout for alot of us.

This house is amazing. Very clean, great views, just steps from the ocean, huge kitchen. comfortable beds, I could go on and on. Exactly as described and pictured. We didn't want to leave. We are already recommending it to our family and friends. The best place to stay on Hilton Head in our opinion. Our host was very attentive and made sure we didn't need anything. All was great, but we needed a lesson on changing from cooling to heat on thermostats. We got very cold one night, so instructions were not found. We finally figured it out.We will be back next year.

We absolutely love this vacation house with close proximity to the beach with private pool. Our family enjoyed the spacious rooms, kitchen area, and recreation area. It is perfect for a large size family reunion. It also is handicap accessible with elevator access to each of the floor. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this property and truly enjoyed our stay. The location could not have been better with easy private access to the beach that made the whole trip feel relaxing and special. The home was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was quick to respond and made communication simple throughout our visit.The only issues we ran into were the elevator not working during our stay and not having quite enough basic supplies such as dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels. These were small inconveniences compared to everything else and did not take away from how great the property was overall.This is a beautiful, comfortable, and well‑kept place in an amazing location, and we would happily stay here again.

Amazing trip and property. This home exceeded our expectations. Loved having ocean views and such a gorgeous property. The top floor rooftop was the perfect family gathering spot for the evenings. The pool was cool and shaded during late afternoon, perfect after a Long Beach day. We even saw turtle hatchlings aided by the Hilton head turtle team

We had a great stay and the house is in a great location! Close to restaurants, shopping, golf & the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge garage where we could store stuff and park 3 cars. Parking was not a problem. Issues were handled quickly and communication was good. A little tricky to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 18 with a small oven and one spatula but we made it happen.

Family reunion house

Great property for our family reunion. We had adults and kids, there were plenty of rooms. Great common space for everyone to hangout and catch up in. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. Beach carts, toys, and chairs were handy for the beach. Only complaint was the ice maker was broken but other than that it was perfect!

Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was everything we thought it would be. Having 8 King bedrooms with their own bathroom worked out perfect for our group of 8 golfers. The views from the top level are awesome!

Birthday girls trip

Loved everything about this property! The home was even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. It was a nice surprise that there were some wagons and beach chairs to use if needed.
