Quiet & peaceful 4,500 SF lakehome (sleep 16 adults plus kids) w/ a 2-level dock is perfect for lake activities including swimming, diving, tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, etc. The private neighborhood is surrounded by trees & flowers. If you’re lucky, you might see some wild deer and local osprey! Only minutes away from great restaurants, shopping & recreational activities in Mooresville/Lake Norman areas, Lowes' Head Offices, Davidson College, and a quick drive to all that Charlotte has to offer.

The property is ideal for family reunions, executive retreats, friend get-togethers. Wake up in the most relaxed and serene waterfront environment. Amazing lake views from most windows and a huge private boat slip. Bring your own boat or rent one from the many marinas nearby! A screened sunroom on the upper level is equipped with a full dining set for you to enjoy a meal surrounded by nature. Enjoy waterfront living on our huge private deck that spans the entire length of the house!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom #1 (master suite) at ground level: 1 king bed, 1 chair, private bath tub/shower/2 sinks

Bedroom #2 (2nd master suite) at lower level: 1 king bed, working desk, sofa, private bath room of shower and sink

Bedroom #3 at lower level: 1 queen bed and 1 chair

Bedroom #4 at ground level: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4+) and 1 sofa bed

Bedroom #5 at lower level: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4+) and 1 dresser

Large sofas in both the ground and lower level living rooms (sleep 1 adult and 1 child)

One other full bath room in each level plus a half bath in ground level (total 4.5 baths)

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your comfort, including bath/beach towels, extra sets of bed linens, hand soap, dish soap, trash can liners, and toilet paper. Please only take the beach towels not the white towels outside.

There are plenty of space to park your cars (16+ space): either right in front of the main entrance and garage, or in the upper portion of the large loop drive way. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLES PASSING THE HOUSE DOWN TO THE LAKE AREA DUE TO THE STEEP DRIVE WAY. Feel free to call us if you need any help.

Pets (up to 3 pets per stay) are welcome with prior approval. Non refundable pet fee of $150 is for one pet only. If you have more than 1 pet, please pay the appropriate pet fee ($150 each, up to 3 pets per stay) after your reservation and before passcode can be sent. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PAY PET FEE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET.
