Designed and built to be two separate homes, but with the ability to open up the back yards to each other with a large barn door style fence system, for group rental.

Each unit accommodates 3 car parking.

Best place we’ve stayed in AMI

We’ve been coming to AMI for a a dozen years and we finally found a wonderful rental! Well equipped with everything you’d need for your family for a week, and the pool/hot tub was a perfect bonus!

Perfect vacation stay!

The property was beautiful…everything was updated! The yard with the pool and hot tub was wonderful. 10 minute walk to the beach! Great communication with our hosts…always available. Kitchen was very well appointed and organized. The bathrooms and walk- in showers were the best. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property!

Slice of heaven

What a gorgeous rental! Plenty of space for our family of 4. The back yard and pool area was lovely, and my husband really appreciated the temperature of the heated pool. The management company was extremely responsive and courteous.

Wonderful Property

This is literally the best VRBO you will ever stay in! It way exceeded our expectations! It's in a great location and we were able to bike or ride the trolley everywhere. It is decorated so beautifully and was the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The house is well stocked with everything you will need. We loved spending time in the heated pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful property

We arrived and immediately had a few problems. The master bedroom had no power and a vent was hanging open. The reclining sectional shown in the pictures (the reason I chose this property) are no longer there. Called the number provided and had someone on-site within the hour. The vent was fixed and the power was fixed. The property management company checked on us several times. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and the backyard was very nice. There is plenty of beach items in the shed like chairs, a tent, and even a wagon. Games were also an unexpected surprise for the rainy evenings. I would give it a 5 star on everything but I really wanted the sectional reclining sofa shown in the picture for book reading and relaxing, but overall a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return. I would definitely recommend this property and property management company!

We had such an amazing restful stay! So awesome to wake up and open the accordion window in the kitchen and have coffee by the pool enjoying the breeze in the palms! Fantastic family room and open layout. The house and AMI rock!

What an awesome management company. Extremely attentive during the planning stage of our trip as well as during our stay. They handled the rental of a golf cart and when it broke down we had a new cart delivered before 10:00am the following day and a partial refund. They really went to bat for us.

Absolutely perfect

This was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time. The house was only 2 blocks from the beach so we went every single day. The backyard was stunning and relaxing with the great pool and hot tub. The house was clean and had everything you could ever need. We reached out to property management to figure out how to turn off the pool fountains (they were a little loud) and they sent someone out quickly.
