Comfortable house w/a beautiful heated pool and covered patio in southern Tuscon

Get ready to enjoy your home away from home! This home has great amenities and is close to everything Tucson has to offer.
Outside: Easily the best area of the house, the outside has a large, sparkling pool with lounger chairs and umbrellas to provide some shade. The pool can be heated (heating fee of $40 per day). The covered patio area has a large sectional sofa with a table and 2 ottomans that can double as extra seating, a hammock, and a propane BBQ.
The Floor Plan: Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open concept kitchen/dining/living room and an extra living room area at the front of the house.
The Bedrooms: The spacious master suite looks out to the pool and has a beautiful bathroom, a smart TV, a new Casper memory foam king mattress, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening drapes to ensure a good night's sleep. Bedroom 2 has a new Casper memory foam king mattress, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening drapes. Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle bed. All 3 mattresses are new, comfortable memory foam. This room also has a ceiling fan and room darkening curtains. There is a playpen available.
The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the dishes and small appliances you need for your stay, including a crock pot, a blender, and a coffee pot. There is a gas range/oven, a large fridge, and a walk-in pantry.
The Living Rooms: The living room off of the kitchen has a large and comfortable sectional sofa, a 65" smart TV, and a sound bar. The carpeted front entry living room has a comfortable 3-person sofa, a queen sleeper sofa (on order - coming soon! In the meantime we have an air mattress available), plenty of games to play, and a 65" smart TV.
