Totum Lake House - Family Getaway with Amazing Views

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with extra-large covered deck and sleeping for 9 people.

Enjoy the beautiful views from this 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home on the Gravois Arm at Lake of the Ozarks, located at the top of Indian Creek Cove between Coconuts and Jolly Rogers. Indian Creek Cove is well known for family water activities, including Family Party Cove and optimal areas for family boating including water skiing and tubing. Take in the expansive views from the extra-large covered deck or the 9ft ceiling living area, with nothing but windows and no obstruction from neighboring homes. This two-story, modern construction has sleeping for up to 9 people. Relax after a busy day of activities and enjoy an outdoor shower or a cold beverage on the nearby pier while watching the sunset. The fishermen out there will be in heaven fishing the shoreline or off of the dock with the well-placed crappie beds, but don’t worry they don’t interfere with the swimming! Bring your Netflix and other entertainment app user IDs and passwords if you like to unwind on the couch and re-charge for the next day’s adventure.

NEW in 2023! A fire pit is now available for gathering near the lakeside. Bring your firewood (or help yourself to the nearby brush pile) for a memorable time catching up and having smores.

The kitchen has all the amenities you would want at home, including a dishwasher. It’s stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, and utensils for making meals and/or grilling for a group. The kitchen is also stocked with necessities such as salt, pepper, spices, etc.

Recreation opportunities are endless: fishing, water sports, dining, shopping, and relaxation are yours to be had here at the Lake of the Ozarks. Home has 60ft. of shoreline and sits next to a common ground lot with 150ft. of additional shoreline and 20ft. pier. Kids will love the over 200ft. of shoreline to explore and dock that has a kayak, lily pad, picnic table and side tie-off for your boat. There are several restaurants just a short boat drive away. For local activities, the main strip at Bagnell Dam, Outlet Mall, and lots of restaurants are a 30-minute drive away. This lakeside retreat can provide you with the escape you need and a place to reconnect with family and friends.

Parking is available for 3 - 4 vehicles. Boat trailer can be stored next to the property. There are several public boat ramps located at Lake of Ozarks. The closest two boat ramps are Coffman Beach Access at Coffman Bend and Gravois Mills Public Access.

We loved our stay and will book again soon. Only caution is the narrow driveway but it was not a deterrent for us. The house had everything we needed. Well stocked bowls, cooking tools and more!

Wonderful trip

My family and I had a great stay, loved the view of the lake from the house. The kids thoroughly enjoyed playing on the lily pad and swimming right by the dock. One of the highlights was the outside shower, kids loved it. We had a fire and made s’mores every night. House and location was great. We will be back!

Recently remodeled, nice clean modern lake house.

A great location on the Gravois Arm. The dock is positioned to allow swimmers a calm experience. This was our second visit and plan to return next year.

Great home with nice dock.

Place was perfect for my familyn of 5, cold A/C, nice beds, large deck with Blackstone we used daily. Really nice dock with boat slip. I do not recommend going to this place while towing your boat unless you're an excellent driver. The road is ultra steep from both directions and it's very narrow, I was slipping in four wheel drive pulling my boat up and out of the area. Empty boat trailer Would probably be fine. Otherwise great place all around!

Great Place

We really loved this place. Right on the water it has a dock you can swim off of. The house is very nice, recently renovated. Every amenity that you could ask for. Indoor and outdoor games, rafts, lilly pad, wifi. Everything you need to cook a meal. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and organized. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Great Lake trip!

The house was perfect for our long weekend escape. We loved the house, amazing deck and dock! Great space to lounge, swim, fish and relax. Everyone had a great time! They weren’t lying about the steep hill to get in but we took it slow and it was fine. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake house! We had a great time!

Amazing stay

We had such a great stay at this property! The house had everything we needed, was well equipped, super clean and updated. Was the perfect size for our group of 7! The outdoor space is phenomenal with the huge covered deck and large dock. The Lilly pad was such a bonus and got a lot of use! The owners were absolutely top notch! The second day we noticed the fridge was not staying as cold as it should have, we let the owners know before we left to go out on the boat for the day. In the time we were gone, they had replaced the entire refrigerator, and even brought a bag of ice. It was like magic! Would recommend this place to anyone, we will definitely be back!

What A Beautiful Home!

This beautiful lake house had everything we needed and more. Aside from the very steep entrance/exit (I recommend a 4-wheel drive) the location is absolutely perfect. Owners respond in a timely manner and make check in fast and efficient. Neighbors are also very friendly. There were 7 of us and this house had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this property. Thank you for providing the perfect home for such a fun vacation.

Fishing, Family and Fun🎣

Great Place for our Family! We needed a quiet getaway and this was it! House was away from all the hustle and bustle for sure! Awesome deck and well kept dock! We spent most of our time fishing and cooking! Rented a boat from a nearby Marina (30min away) And relaxed on the deck! Thank you for sharing your private little home with us! Susie

Perfect location/perfect home

This was a great place for us to stay! The location on the Gravois arm of the lake was a more calm side and such easy access to everything fun! The Gravois boat ramp is only 5 minutes by boat (about 25 by car) the boat up restaurants are very close and convenient and the home had everything we needed. The lily pad and other accessories were great to have. I know it’s mentioned- but the road to the house is very steep and not very wide. I was glad we unloaded the boat before driving to the house not sure we could have gotten the boat down to the house on the trailer.

Totum Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at the Totum Lake house and would recommend it to all looking for a peaceful vacation in a lakeside cabin in the Ozarks. Everything was very clean, parking was right outside, the use of the kayak was an absolute joy since we do not own a boat. The fishing was really fun right off the dock and even from the kayak. It's a quiet area so no fear of boat traffic if you want to swim. The Lilly Pad was really a neat spot to layout in the water. I gave location 4 stars because if you want to be on the strip this is not, which was perfect for us, but maybe for a younger couple that wants to be closer to the strip of bars on Bagnell Dam this might not be it for you. Everything we were interested in was about a 30 minute drive, so for us, this was perfect - close, yet not too close.

Slice of Paradise

One of the best rental experiences I've had. The house is tucked away in a quiet cove, which is gorgeous. Finding the house was a little tricky, there are 2 different roads that will lead you to the home. Golden Beach Road leads you to both, route 1 is taking Totum road which takes you down a very steep hill, route 2 (the one we took every time) is taking Paul Road which leads you to the home a bit more easily. The host Becky was super nice and very responsive to any questions I had. The home was very clean and stocked with everything you may need, from shampoo/conditioner/body wash & towels, to extra blankets/pillows. The kitchen has absolutely everything from cooking utensil, dishes, pots/pans, to extra seasonings, even the coffee was stocked. The views from the huge deck were breath taking, it was wonderful being able to cook dinner on the grill and watch the kids swim at the dock just below us. The kiddos loved the hammock, jumping and fishing off the over-sized dock, playing on the lily pad, taking the kayak around the quiet cove, and exploring the surrounding area. Being able to have the kids rinse off in the outdoor shower after a full day playing was awesome! Im even thinking of putting one in at home! One thing to keep in mind is that this home is in the Ozarks, you are close to the water. There are these little water bugs (kinda look like mosquitoes) that are attracted to light, so be sure to keep the doors closed as much as possible at night or they will get into the house and hang out on the walls. Our first night we got in late and were bringing things in and out so quite a few did get in but they didn't bother us at all and pretty much disappeared by morning. It was a weekend to remember, I will definitely be booking this property again and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Memorial Weekend

My friends and I have been going to the lake together for memorial weekend for the last 5-6 years and we can all say this was our favorite house! It accommodated all 7 of us and was such a relaxing spot to play on the dock, or sit on the porch and play cards. We will be booking this house in the future! The owners were super friendly as well and when we ran out of propane they were at the house within 20 minutes with a full tank for us! This house gets a 10/10 from me for sure!

Great place to stay. accommodated all 8 of us perfectly Communication was great! Getting a trailer down and around is not easy. Which we were warned about. There is more than enough parking. The kids loved the bunk bed room. Great place to stay on the water. We enjoyed being able to use the dock and docking our boat was easy. We will definitely be back.

In 2015 our two families purchased this property. The original dock had collapsed and had been pulled onto the front yard. And where the house is, there was a fishing cabin with no running water that had been built in the 1950’s. Despite the run-down state of the property, we saw charm and potential, and spent 2 years clearing, planning and building a more modern retreat.
