Great location and lots of space! 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a large family room on the second floor for TV and games.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, Smart TVs, gas grill.
Outdoor seating on deck and under carport - perfect hangout spots for meals after beach.
Parking for 4+ cars; outdoor shower.
Just steps to a variety of restaurants: DiFebo's Italian market, Wawa and Bethany Beverage Company, Surfin' Betty's Burger Bar, Off the Hook, Rita's and more.

First floor: Kitchen, Full Bathroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, Dining Room, Living Room, Sunroom, Laundry.
Second floor: 7 Bedrooms (1 King Bedroom; 3 Queen Bedrooms and 3 Twin Rooms), 2 Full Bathrooms, Large Family Room.
Outside: Deck with dining table and chairs, spacious back yard, carport with seating and outdoor shower.

**$500 dollar fully refundable damage/cleaning deposit required to be paid to owner prior to arrival. Fully refundable immediately when cleaner confirms property is in good order. (Property free of trash, laundry items, damage not related to normal wear and tear.)

Linens and towels can be provided at no charge but guests are required to strip linens from beds, collect all used towels and put in laundry bag and place in carport for service pickup in order to receive full refund of the deposit. Additional options include bringing your own linens or renting through a local service.

A little dated, but it's just right for large families with kids and grandkids like ours who don't need a 5 star hotel, but rather a large ,well equipped, convenient, and accommodating residence. This place met our needs very well. Owner Jeff is very responsive and friendly.

Great house for a big family group

We spent a week here with our family, from elderly grandmother to young kids. The house was very clean and well -equipped. We appreciated the variety of gathering spaces. The location is also very convenient and host communication was great.

The perfect place for our large group! Plenty of space to congregate and hang out, well-stocked with thoughtful amenities, clean, comfortable, gigantic back yard, and great location close to the beach, shops, and trolley access! Family Beach Vibes

The entire family came together for a week at the beach. Some from as far as Montana. The house was very accommodating and enjoyed by all. The proximity to excellent restaurants was an unexpected surprise. This property is definitely on our stay again list.

Very comfortable home with easy walk to Bethany Beach and also, we walked to some excellent restaurants. As weather was not great for the beach during the early part of our stay, we added a day to our stay.Parking of our 4 cars was easy as there was room in the circular driveway.

Great spot for a large group!

This was a great rental for a large group. The house has a large, peaceful back yard and deck space, tons of room for parking, and is beautifully decorated. Loved that it was also within walking distance of the boardwalk and beach.

Family yearly gathering

This 8 bedroom house worked well for 7 adults and 8 children. We made good use of the carport lounge for dinner each evening. We grilled each evening. The outdoor shower was also important coming back from the beach.

We are from DC and love spending time at the beach with family. This house accommodates our extended family and all the dogs too. Having the family room upstairs allows us to spread out and the dining and outdoor areas bring us together. We love to hear how much fun our guests have in Bethany and we are fortunate to own this home for using and sharing!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house is so close to the beach! We love walking to DiFebos and Off the Hook and Cocolo, and getting breakfast at Wawa. Being able to easily walk into town, or stay close to the house and still have everything we need makes this house really special.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

8 Bedrooms! Large lounge area on second floor. Steps to great restaurants and conveniences (WaWa, Liquor store, nail salon). It is a short walk to beach/town restaurants, shopping and a playground and basketball courts.
Outdoor deck for dining and grilling, carport seating area with overhead fans, and outdoor shower.
This house is amazing!
