Modern and relaxing 1 King Bedroom Condo on the ground floor! Freshly painted, and remodeled Kitchen & Bathroom. Open floor plan & windows let in plenty of natural light. Great for tranquility and relaxation. Ground floor makes coming and going easy and convenient with your assigned covered parking a short walk away. Step out on to your patio and only a few steps to the pool. In Unit Washer, and community laundry available. Community is gated, has lush greenery & 2 swimming pools.

Location is AMAZING!! Short walk to several local eateries, bars and to Central & Thomas Light-rail Station, and Phoenix Country Club. This beautifully decorated, and spacious 750 sf condo has everything you could want to work, play, relax & enjoy all that downtown Phoenix has to offer. A thriving nightlife that starts with happy hour, and several museums are within a short distance of this location.

Easy check in here with coded door entry within gated community. Equipped with Wi-Fi, a big screen Samsung Smart TV with Cox Cable and access to your own favorites like Netflix & Hulu. The stylish bedroom features a comfy King bed and another Samsung Smart TV.

You can prepare your own meal in this well-equipped kitchen or and let someone else do the cooking with several restaurants just a short walk away. Clean and tidy condo. Host was awesome in communications. Very responsive and helpful. Grounds are older but we'll kept. Comfortable with having car in gated community with assigned space. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Washer in apartment was very convenient and community dryers were close by. Would definitely stay again.

Stepped on a Cockroach in the Kitchen, Cigarette Smoke

We booked this apartment the night before moving in, as we needed accommodation last minute. The apartment was nice, well decorated. The second day, I stepped on a cockroach in the kitchen, which was disgusting. I took a photo and sent to the host, expecting at least the offer of a discount or some other remedy. While the host was cordial, she did not offer any discount, only saying that we could move out that day and she would not charge us the remaining nights that we wouldn't be staying. After trying to negotiate, she offered us a small discount (about 5% off the entire stay) -- not much considering what we paid for four nights. We were disappointed and frustrated with this situation -- we were moving into an apartment in two days and therefore had tons of luggage with us, and we couldn't find another last minute accommodation in the location we needed. We also informed the host of horrible cigarette smoke and smell throughout the apartment, as all of the surrounding apartment residents smoke constantly both inside and outside the building. We had to keep all the windows shut to avoid the smell, and since the apartment didn't offer central air, it was extremely hot at all times. We communicated these complaints to the host, the cockroach and the smoke. She was not sympathetic, stating that she does not offer reduced price nights. Overall, this negative experience really could have been mitigated by the host offering some kind of genuine refund, since the cleanliness and comfort of the stay was not what we paid for.

Hosts beware of this guest, he was looking for free nights during a time when nothing was available in Phoenix. I have not heard these complaints in the past. This condo usually rents by private booking or on a different platform. When the guest mentioned cleanliness, I asked the guest if I should send cleaners out again, he said no, the condo was clean. Guest was just looking for a freebie.

We Hate: paying for college, drinking wine without food, Season finales, virus, computer viruses, jet lag, cold pools, dogs that bite, movie sequels, chain restaurants, family feuds, award shows, poetry, the year 2012, 80’s big hair bands, the words epic and crafted, cockroaches, and working.
