Enjoy splashing around in the neighborhood pool located a two-minute walk from the home, sinking your bobbers in the stocked fishing pond, sipping a glass of wine in the private hot tub, or throw a blanket out on Adventure Island for a picnic under the stars. Located just minutes from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan and unique shops, award winning breweries and wineries and so much more in Southwest Michigan.

INDOOR GATHERING SPACES
Put up your feet and relax in the living room, gather as a family for mealtime at the farm style dining room table seating 10 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The main level features an open, airy floorplan with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Let the kids be kids in the basement with the additional living space and extra-large TV for movie night!

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACES
Pull up a seat in the screened in porch with pass-through bar and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, listening to the sounds of nature surrounding ‘Woodsview.’ The porch comfortably accommodates 16 between a long dining table and lounge area. Grill some dinner and toast marshmallows for dessert. Then jump in the private hot tub (new in May 2023) to relax after a long day's adventure. The community pool is conveniently located next door with a large sun lounge and screened in community space. Soak up the sun while you enjoy the community garden, check out Adventure Island where the fun is never ending, only a short 5-minute walk.

Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our property was fabulous family friendly! We loved the floor plan. After our stay, we realized that we had left an item behind. The staff in the office was extremely helpful, retrieved the valuables and mailed them to us! Great company and a great vacation!

Great House!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was everything we hoped for - plenty of room for our family, well maintained and a pool close by. The only issue we had was the oven didn't work for a day and a half but once it was fixed all was well.

Perfect place for the family to gather for a week of fun. Could not have found a better place for children and having the community pool right next door was the icing on the cake.

Unexpected Issues

The first two floors of our rental were beautiful. We ran into some issues in the lower-level bedroom and bathroom which I felt horrible about because our guest could not fully enjoy his living area and slept on the living room couch for his visit. In all fairness, the property management offered to help us, but this would have resulted in having a number of maintenance and housekeeping personnel in the house during our vacation. I did not want to deal with that. I think once the problems are addressed and properly corrected, the home will be a beautiful rental. On a positive note, we enjoyed the community pool, the gas grill, and the screened-in porch even though Orkin did spray when I was trying to relax out there. I had asked and it was confirmed that no one would spray to resolve one problem as we had a pregnant woman and toddler staying with us. This did bother me. I hope this review is not too harsh, but I feel that I need to be honest.

Lovely Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental for two families with young kids! The home had lots of kid friendly items on hand. It also had a well equipped kitchen. We liked going on the short walk on the trail around the neighborhood. The development still has landscape that is maturing and some properties under construction, but is still very pretty. The rental was very clean upon our arrival.
