We absolutely loved the property and cannot wait to go back! Nicest cabin I have ever stayed in. Super comfy beds. Beautiful decor. Right on the water (we got to see a beaver and a bear)!! If you want a luxurious cabin that has lots of parking, easy to get to, and beautiful this one is for you! I would love to see a garden tub get put in (or even just a regular) to make it easier to bathe the littles. One shower head was gross with mold and needs to be replaced in the basement but we were able to just use the other shower in the basement. The upstairs a/c was broken but we reported and they sent someone to fix it right away.

The house was a great place for our family. The stream behind was fun for fishing, the beds were super comfortable, and the space worked well. Things to make it even better: provide more basics- like shampoo and bath soap for showers, clean the hot tub- it didn’t smell good (sweaty?), and figure out parking. There are three signs that say the rental is for the house, but we had people knock on our door to say their rental company told them there was extra parking at our cabin. Ultimately, they parked three cars there. I’d remove the pool and pond from the listing. It’s miles away, so you have to drive there.

The cabin was awesome and the management was very accessible. There are a lot of rules and we had to put down a refundable 300 deposit, but overall we had an excellent time and the cabin was incredible!!! We loved the hot tub and the deck! We had a blast!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and had plenty of seating both inside and outside. The dual porches were a huge plus, offering ample space and great views for our large group. The scenery was beautiful.Gateway Mountain Lodge had something for everyone: a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and an outdoor hot tub that we all loved. Our family had a wonderful time making memories together. We would highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back!

Wonderful family getaway

Very cozy cabin for our family weekend getaway. Cabin was in a great location, not to far from everything, but felt like we weren’t in the hustle and bustle. We loved it!!

Perfect little getaway spot...

Great, roomy cabin - family of 6 and we had plenty of room. Beautiful view of the stream in the backyard and very conveniently located. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful Cabin with Amazing Views

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin. It was the perfect size for our group of seven. We relaxed, fixed meals, enjoyed the beautiful scenery and plan to come again.

Great place

Family enjoyed everything about this cabin. Sitting around the fireplace to the space the cabin had for twelve people. It rates as one of the top places I have ever stayed in vacation!!

The whole family loved the cabin and the creek beside it. It was so beautiful and tranquil. My grandson was doubly excited as he caught the “Moby Dick” of the crayfish! The surrounding area was lovely as well. We are already discussing coming back next summer to Creekside Lodge.

I have stayed in a lot of cabins and I must say that this was by far the best ever. It was clean, all the furniture was comfortable. The cabin was beautiful.
