Fabulous place!

We had a great week in this condo. The bedrooms are large and the deck is covered for rainy days and huge for plenty of people to sit and watch the waves. Plenty of utensils and cookware!! Even a keurig!

Super clean inside and outside. From start to finish it the process was extremely easy . The owner was awesome and the condo was perfectly stocked with the essentials.

Beautiful condo- superb location!

Overall, this is one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in. The location and views are amazing! The condo itself was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The check in was a little lengthy, but I know they have made some changes recently and are working through them! Overall, I would definitely stay again, and I also highly recommend!

Very nice place in every perspective. Beautiful view, exceptional furnishings, plenty of room, nice people in the building, nice neighborhood, easy to get in and park. Very safe and secure building. Communication with rental was easy and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Highly recommend.

Sounds & Sights of Oceanfront Spacious Balcony

The condo was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The spacious balcony with couch, chairs, ottomans, and 2 tables is easily enjoyed from sunrise to bedtime. The views from the large and truly oceanfront balcony were perfect! The check in process with tour of the parking and beautiful amenities was quite helpful. The building is beautiful and the condo provides a most relaxing beach/ oceanside vacation !

Oven vista

We loved our stay at Ocean Vista. The condo complex is so well taken care of by the very attentive staff. The condo itself was very nice, as was the workout room, pool, hot tub and we really enjoyed the grill on the beautiful balcony while looking at the ocean. The dog walk area was wonderful. We really met some nice people that both live in the complex and many others that have rented for many years. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely satisfied.

Anticipated nearly everything. Lucas was quick to respond to iur questions. Jen gave a great tour of the facility. View from the large balcony were stunning. Big bedrooms, kitchen and dining area.large bathrooms as well.pool was clean and not crowded. Hot tub was grest. Just the pool closed at dusk was only cimplaint

Steve thank you for such a great review and thank you for your business. Unfortunately the pool deck issue closing at dusk is a Daytona Beach Shores building code issue and the local hotels/condo associations are actively trying to get things changed for the better so hopefully in the future they will be open later in the day.

Amazing condo!

Lucas was a great host!! Very quick to respond and helped with every question and need!!! The condo is perfect! Parking spot was very close to elevator and the condo door is steps from elevator. Very convenient ! The condo is huge with everything you need for a perfect stay. Balcony is very private with an amazing ocean view. Book it! You won’t be sorry!!!!

Great Oceanfront Condo

The property is exactly as advertised and is in a great location. Lucas is an excellent host and communicator. The condo is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with everything you need for an extended stay. Beds are comfortable with options for pillows. Adequate and extra bath towels. The extra beach towels are a plus and were appreciated. We were met by a host on Luca's behalf who oriented us to the building, the condo and the amenities that we had access to. The fenced in dog area was one of the best we have seen in our travels and was plus for our pooch who is obsessed with tennis ball play. Have no hesitation in recommending this property, the unit and Lucas as a host. Thanks for a great stay!

A property of extremes

This VRBO property is one of extremes. On the positive/amazing side include: The property itself is an extremely upscale condo with almost every building amenity possible The location of the condo is perfect The furniture in the condo is very nice The support team (Lucas) was amazing as he helped us with getting a new coffee pot on a Sunday evening and even shipped back forgotten air pods The glassware was upscale and extensive On the negative/cheap side: The dinnerware was corelle The silverware was cheap The linens and towels were extremely cheap The blankets, quilts, and sheets were flimsy and cheap The owner provided 1 beach chair and 1 boogie board for a 3 bedroom condo The owner provided almost no expendables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tabs, etc. Overall I would not recommend this property. Instead, I would tell you to rent a property that may not be as aesthetically pleasing, but provides a better overall experience.

While we thank you for your business it is an extremely unfortunate review. The building and unit are extremely gorgeous in fact this particular guest review is our first ever under 5 stars for this property. There is a storage closet filled with beach equipment which includes chairs and a beach wagon. We do not advertise nor supply boogie boards - anything left by a previous guest like that we just leave for other guests. This guest didn’t like that they had to go to the storage closet to get the beach things but that’s our process since it is the only available place to store them. The silverware is stainless steel silverware and the dish-ware is all ceramic plates and bowls. In 5 years I’ve never had a guest state this was inadequate. The guest never complained about the linens to us and the sheet sets are are fairly expensive. Maybe they are not like the ones they have at home but that doesn’t mean ours are cheap. We advertise a starter kit to every guest prior to their booking: 2 rolls of TP per bath 1 roll of paper towels 3 laundry pods 3 dishwasher pods 4 trash bags Liquid hand soap This is advertised as the starter kit in the description so the guest knew what they were getting prior to booking. In fact this guest went as far as to tell us that the Keurig Express and the 12 cup drip coffee maker wasn’t enough for a 3 bedroom so we proceeded to buy a 16 cup drip coffee maker for them and had it delivered within a couple of hours. That shows how far we are willing to go to make a guest have an enjoyable stay. To any future guest reading this, we go out of our way to ensure every guest has a 5 star stay and that is very well documented in our reviews. If you ever have any issues you are more then welcome to reach out to us and we will take care of it for you.
