We appreciate your constructive review and regret that some of your expectations were not met as you had hoped. Regarding the TV, yes, not a smart one but one with international channels and many other features ( we never had any complaints about it as most people don’t come to Lourmarin to watch television). As for the boom box, we are sorry we did not have time to replace it before your arrival. It was broken by previous tenants, and we bough a new one in the next 48 hours after your arrival , as It was obvious that the boom box was about to spoil your entire stay. If the bedroom was a bit smelly when you came, (after the deluge of non stop rainy weeks in Provence) is because you did not follow the instructions we had left. As for the 3 big add costs you are talking about, they are the VRBO fees and taxes added to the rental costs. Not in our control. We regret that you were stressed during your stay by the loss of your purse and iPhone and it has obviously contributed to your daily complaining and dissatisfaction of every small detail of the house. We are however, confident that your impressions of the region and our village life style made up for a memorable trip regardless.

Chère Raphaëlle, Nous sommes vraiment désolés de votre deception de ne pas avoir eu de piscine et de parking privatifs dans les prestations de la maison ...Cependant, avant de louer vous le saviez déja il me semble? Il n ' y a aucune allusion sur le site comme quoi nous avons une piscine ou un parking privatif......Quant a l' odeur d'humidité dans la chambre? oui, malheureusement dûe a une inondation chez les voisins deux jours avant votre arrivée et hors de notre contrôle..En effet, exceptionnellement la femme de ménage est venue deux fois dans la semaine pour arroser le jardin pendant les fortes chaleurs du mois d'Aout afin de le garder bien vert pour nos prochains locataires!!! Nous espérons que ces petits details ne vous ont pas trop empêchés de passer un bon séjour dans notre joli village.
