Retraite séjour prolongé – Piscine privée, spa et espace pour tous

We're sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. Our property manager enjoyed speaking with you during your visit, and we'd certainly welcome the opportunity to host you again. Just before your arrival, our community experienced an unusual outbreak of sod webworms that affected the pools of several homes, including ours. Florida's beautiful wildlife is one of the things we love about the area, although keeping some of its less welcome visitors out of our pools can occasionally be a challenge! Thankfully, this is something we've rarely encountered in our six years of hosting. Working with our property manager and the community's grounds crew, we addressed the issue. Our property manager also visited during your stay for additional pool cleaning and remained in communication throughout your visit. We understand the frustration and sincerely regret the inconvenience. We take pride in offering a spacious, comfortable home and appreciate guest feedback as we continue making improvements. Thank you again for staying with us!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted that you and your family enjoyed the spacious accommodations, privacy, and location of our home. We also genuinely appreciate your feedback. We take great pride in our home and are always looking for ways to make it even better. Your suggestions are helpful, and we'll be addressing the items you've mentioned with our property management team. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future! Warm regards, Mayra
