Welcome to Luana Garden Villa, where paradise awaits you at Honua Kai Resort & Spa in Kaanapali, Maui. Our luxurious and spacious condos, Luana 14D, Luana 15D and Luana 18C, offer high-end amenities and stylish decor, ensuring comfort and luxury during your stay. Each condo has 3 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms with glass-walled walk-in showers, and a private outdoor lanai with a gas BBQ and stunning views of the secluded pool area. Please note that Luana 14D, Luana 15D and Luana 18C are booked as a combo unit, providing 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, accommodating up to 24 guests. Although they are not connected, they offer the perfect setup for larger groups or families.

Luana 15D provides an ample 2,047 sq ft space, accommodating up to 8 guests with two primary bedrooms, a third bedroom that can be split into twin beds, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy full access to the resort's pools, spas, and other amenities, including a private garage, additional parking, and free electric vehicle charging. We provide beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and more for your convenience.

Luana 14D is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, Luana 14D features two primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that include glass-walled walk-in showers, and a third bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Each bedroom has a King size bed, and the third bedroom has the option to be split into 2 twin beds. Relax and entertain on the oversized 521 sq ft lanai, complete with a private outdoor kitchen and stunning views overlooking the Enclave Three secluded pool area. IMPORTANT: in 14D only there are currently temporary/portable A/C units in place while we await a part needed to repair the central A/C system. These units effectively cool the space, and pricing has been adjusted accordingly.

Luana 18C is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa spanning over 2,000 sq ft, accommodating up to 8 guests. Indulge in the private outdoor kitchen, spacious lanai, and access to the resort's pools, spas, and other amenities. This villa also offers a private garage, additional parking, and free electric vehicle charging.

Each villa is located in the same enclave and face the beautiful pool area. Booking both units together is perfect for large groups traveling together that want the same experience but also desire private accommodations.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the resort's seven pools, waterslide and spas, fire pit areas, and all the amenities of the 4-diamond rated Honua Kai Resort. After a day full of adventures, retreat to your own private oasis and enjoy watching the colorful sunset sky while relaxing on your spacious lanai.

For your comfort and enjoyment, both condos provide beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys (subject to availability), as well as an insulated beach bag cooler and BBQ utensils. Coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, and bath amenities are also included, along with a coffee/espresso maker with a bean grinder.

The restaurant serves a variety of fresh, locally sourced foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, & offers live music on a regular basis in its bar area. It is highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance as this is a popular dining option at the Honua Kai Resort.

PARKING: Each Villa has their own private 1-car garage with additional space for another vehicle in the driveway. Additional free self parking is available throughout the resort in the above ground parking areas. Valet parking is available at both resort towers.

BEACHES: Beaches in Hawaii change size from month to month due to the surf, currents and tides. Beaches may be larger, smaller or nonexistent depending on the current season and conditions.

OCCUPANCY: This Rental Property may be occupied by no more than 24 persons. All persons: Adults, children and infants count toward the total number of occupants - no exceptions. Each condo can be occupied by no more than 8 guests.

By booking this condo, you agree that you understand all Honua kai on-site facilities and amenities may not be available during your stay & Maui Westside is not responsible for how this or any other unexpected occurances may affect your stay including but not limited to; inconvenience from construction, noise, traffic, limited parking, or neighboring guests.
