Hello "Anonymous" Thanks for your review. We always appreciate feedback, but we feel strongly that this review is disingenuous. You reported the dirty floors the morning after you checked in. In that report you were threatening, incoherent, and demanding compensation from first contact. We take guest concerns very seriously, so we sent a cleaning crew, along with a housekeeping manager to the house shortly after your initial complaint. When they arrived, they found the house a mess, with food, beer bottles and trash scattered throughout the living space. Our team thoroughly cleaned the home again, but did not find any of the dog hair that you reported. Later that day you contacted us and claimed that the towels that we provided were “worn and not fresh enough” even though they were brand new and never used before your group arrived. You became more and more challenging and belligerent as our communication continued- you kept demanding significant compensation for issues that simply did not exist. We do not take guest experience or home cleanliness lightly. We average well over 4.5 Star cleanliness reviews across all platforms for our entire rental portfolio. We also consider every cleanliness complaint to be significant- we will always do what we can to make the situation right for our guest. This was evident by us sending a cleaning crew + manager to the home just hours after your complaint. However, it became abundantly clear that your motives were never about comfort or sanitation, rather they were financially driven from the beginning.
