We had a great Labor Day weekend stay at Kris’s place! The property was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Kris was proactive and thoughtful from the start, even setting the thermostat to our preferred temperature before we arrived, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again!

Kris’s property was amazing! It’s in a great location close to UC, and the zoo. It’s very well taken care of, super clean, and very comfortable. Kris provides everything you could possibly need during your stay, plus goes the extra mile by stocking requested drinks as well as a few snacks. I would definitley stay here again!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. House was perfect for our AAU basketball tournament group. Very clean. You’re gonna see bugs but that just comes with the area and older homes. Host was super responsive and helpful. We even got a complimentary late checkout which was so convenient after our morning games. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay at the property was fantastic! The house is stocked with everything you can think of right down to travel size personal items in case you need them. The communication was excellent. We asked for food recommendations and both were top notch! We would definitely stay again!

This house was simply amazing!! Our family stayed here with extended family and plenty of room for all. Super clean and the little touches of fall around the home made it so welcoming. Charging stations at all the side tables were great! If we could make any suggestions it would be small side chairs or benches in the room on the second floor we put our elderly in those rooms and it was difficult for them to put on their shoes with higher beds, also a bath mat next to shower in hallway would be nice as it is slick getting out and trash cans on the third floor as there were none. Parking was not great as it is on a busy street and we experienced a bad wreck the first night right in front of the house from a car that ran into a parked car, thank goodness we parked on the side street Tower. All in all we will definitely look into staying here again in the future the hosts were amazing!!! And the house is beautifully done! Lots of TLC was put into this home and it shows! And the three year loved the house and wished we could stay! Lol Thank you so much Andie

It was a pleasure staying at this property. The home was very clean and conveniently located. Kris was excellent with communication and made the check-in process smooth and easy. He even provided snacks for us to enjoy during our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay again!

This house was a true gem. The house is charmingly decorated, and everything is bright and new. Kris has clearly designed it down to the smallest detail and this is also how she treats her guests. She is very available and responsive and clearly wants her guests to have an enjoyable stress-free stay. We had a wonderful relaxing time here and I would highly recommend this property to others

Great house. Very clean, super cozy and well provisioned. Everything I needed for an extended stay of 9 nights. The neighborhood is fine, not far to UC/Short Vine, OTR, etc. It has a large and well stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. I wish the parking situation was a bit better but I parked on the side street without issue. Would stay here again.

Very accommodating for our group with pets. Excellent with quick replying to questions including on Thanksgiving Day! Beds were great. Plenty of blankets for a large group. Heating units in top floor bedrooms definitely helped during the chilly Cincy winter.
