* We do not allow animals of any kind.
* Please put infants as children in your guest total, we do count them as a paying guest.
* No unaccounted for guests, very strictly enforced, see additional house rules! (property has exterior cameras).

The Space:
a very comfortable and tastefully decorated space with all the comforts, it’s a cozy studio with one bathroom and kitchenette. Kitchenette has a microwave, a double cook plate burner, refrigerator,
and dishwasher
There is a 55” Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime.
The rate is based on double occupancy. An extra fee applies for extra guests up to 3 people(max occupancy), including children and infants. We have found that any extra person adds additional wear on the space and other costs.
We provide starter tea and coffee.
Supplies are not provided for the charcoal bbq.

Guest Access:
*Driveway/Parking area is shared with 3 other units, no other space is shared
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property (including infants and children) at any time, must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 3.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units in the property.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park.
*Driveway/parking area is shared with 3 other units, no other space is shared.

The Neighborhood:
We are located 8 minuets from Oakhurst with all of its restaurants and amenities.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) that may be outside on he property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expense. The housekeeping company charges $50 on checkouts on any of the previously mentioned holidays

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations to the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at $50 and goes up depending on shipping cost.

Interaction with Guests:
We are more than happy to help you with any questions or suggestions for activities in the local area. We are avid travelers and love to share our area with others. We have an extensive binder in the suite with information on local attractions including Yosemite.
