Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This two-bedroom, two-bath ocean view condo features expansive ocean views from the patio, a variety of shared pools, and nearby beach access for the perfect island vacation.

Walk into your oasis and find the kitchen, dining room, and living room with an open layout leading to your private balcony patio. Right from the patio, you take in a beautiful ocean view. The primary bedroom, which also has access to the patio area, contains a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two double beds and has access to the hallway's full bathroom, which has a combined bathtub and shower.

The complex features multiple pools, a hot tub, a tennis court, a basketball court, a fitness center, a playground, and a large fishing lagoon.

The Island Club pools are scheduled to reopen on March 1st, 2025; barring any unforeseen issues. The Kiddy Pool, Lap pool, and hot tub are all heated. The Tanning shelf and the deck area for the tanning shelf are now age restricted to those that are 18 years and older.

Beautiful Property

Perfect property for our family of 4, with two teens. Well equipped, great balcony, everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick walk to beach and pool. Drive anywhere on the island. Everytime I go down here, the places get more amazing.

Perfect family getaway

This was our first time staying at the Folly Field area and we absolutely loved it! We have kids ages 9,7,4 and they enjoyed the ocean, pool, and very nice play area. The property was better than I expected. Pictures do not do the justice! it's stacked with everything that you need. We cant wait to go back. Also, property manager Pam was amazing!

Arriving the day after Idalia, communication pre-arrival, day of, and check out was great. They assisted with their partnered vendors and a glitch. The property was better than pictured. We are already planning our next stay.

Wonderful family vacation!

After selling our Island Club timeshare after 20 years due to size, we chose this condo because we wanted to continue our family tradition in HHI. The unit was beautifully decorated and equipped for all of the needs of the 5 adults. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for eating and entertaining. The beach view and location are perfect for all ages. We look forward to coming back to this condo and hope that it continues to be available!

Reviewer Comments: love the island club, great condos and location. the only downside was the extra fee charged for Vay K Gear that I was informed was not optional. we had 2 very small children so knew we wouldnt use this option for rentals or excursions. $163 extra for no benefit

Beautiful views, lovely condo

Condo was very clean, updated, and very tastefully decorated. Was very impressed with how well stocked it was - we were able to fix a holiday meal and had everything we needed to do that. Beds were super comfortable and view was beautiful. Easy access to the ocean and Island Club amenities were great especially for families (swing set, cornhole boards, etc.) A little disappointed all the pools closed for the season already especially since we had some very warm days for end of December but overall a wonderful trip and we will be back. Loved this condo! Thank you!

Island Time and Alyssa Saved the Day

While the property was very nice with an ocean view, when we arrived there was extremely loud repair work going on a floor below us (removal of the concrete ceiling in the walkway). The workers told us they would be there for the entire week so Alyssa at Island Time property management moved us to a another property that was just as nice, if not nicer. We are so pleased with Alyssa and Island Time.

The staff was helpful and quick to reply to our questions. Everyone in the area was extremely friendly. We loved that the beach and pool were both a short walk from the condo. The local area had plenty of options for dining and shopping and the kitchen was stocked with standard equipment to cook a meal if you choose. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattress were soft and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and stay again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were told about Island Club by some friends who have been coming for many years. We absolutely loved our condo and the resort. We have done family vacations all up and down the Atlantic for many years and this was by far the cleanest and nicest condo we've stayed in. The finishes were really nice and you can tell it wasn't cheaply remodeled. The attention to detail really was the cherry on top. The drawers and closets were stocked with things we didn't realize we even needed until we were there. The condo is very centrally located so we were only a minute from the pool, the beach and the playground! The resort was really nice as well. Our kids were on the playground every chance they got and I personally loved the tetherball which I haven't played since I was a kid. The pool was a great size and the baby pool is a plus for little ones. We played tennis for a little extra fun.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a Hilton Head beach vacation!

Comfortable stay

The condo is located very close to a beautiful beach. It took us 3 minutes to get there by foot. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It was nice to have a first cup of coffee watching sunrise. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. The 2nd bedroom was on a smaller side with a window looking out to the area where the elevator is and it wasn’t possible to open the blinds because of lack of privacy. I wish we could see a floor plan in advance. The 3 of us worked from the condo and the WiFi signal was never a problem. I would appreciate having a more ample supply of toiletries or at least knowing ahead of time that it will only last a few days. We stayed for nine days and had to buy shampoo and shower gel. The manager checked on us a few times which was nice and was going to send someone to look into a few very minor issues, but nobody ever came. One problem which probably is not directly related to this unit and is common to the building is a very bad smell coming from the vents every time we turned the AC on. Overall, good experience. I would recommend asking questions and not making assumptions before renting.
