Casa Demesne is the brainchild of its owner Quoc, a tech entrepreneur and record producer who splits his time between New York, Los Angeles and Paris. With the help of Brooklyn-based design firm We Are Real Nice, he created a modern retreat with an inviting yet minimalistic aesthetic that blends in with its Mojave Desert setting.

At Casa Demesne, guests will find various details that reflect Quoc's passions for cooking, making coffee, and high-tech gadgets. It's a home away from home for him to escape from the city, relax and find inspiration. He is excited to share this special place with guests, who are sure to love it as much as he does.

Living Room:

Take in the beautiful view from the cozy living room, bathed in sunlight throughout the day. Watch a movie on the sleek Samsung Frame TV complete with a Bose soundbar or enjoy one of the many board games and puzzles provided. Sit back and relax on the comfortable custom-made sofa. All your entertainment needs are taken care of!

Kitchen:

This kitchen is a dream for those who love to cook. It boasts beautiful custom terrazzo countertops, an induction stove top, oven, and plenty of useful appliances such as an ANOVA Sous Vide, Rice Cooker, Instant Pot, KitchenAid food processor and Ninja blender. Make the most amazing meals to share with your loved ones!

Coffee:

We take coffee seriously! You can choose from four brewing options: Moccamaster drip, Aeropress, French press, and V60 Hario pour-over. To ensure you get that perfect cup, we provide all the necessary tools: Fellow Ode brew grinder, precision kettle and coffee scale. Plus our beans come freshly roasted from Nostrand Coffee Roasters straight from Brooklyn!

Bedrooms:

Relax in comfort and dream of adventures in the nearby National Park with two cozy bedrooms, each featuring Queen-size beds, memory foam mattresses and luxurious sheets.

Bathroom:

Centrally located bathroom with shower and tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Outdoor Area:

Our large private fenced backyard is the perfect setting for lounging, grilling and al fresco dining. The outdoor kitchen features a Weber Genesis gas grill as well as a Blackstone flat top griddle for all your BBQ needs. Enjoy an evening under the stars around the propane fire pit, perfect for lounging or roasting marshmallows.

Heated Pool & Spa:

Experience our Modpool which is a pool and hot tub in one, converted from a shipping container. When you book, you can choose to heat the ModPool for an additional fee of $85 per night. Enjoy swimming and lounging poolside with a drink in the summer heat! With a newly added outdoor shower!
