2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo 5 minutes walking distance to the beach with a large living/dining room that accommodates 6 to 8 adults comfortable. The bedrooms have 1 king, 2 full, and a queen pullout sofa bed. a propane BBQ grill is provided on the spacious patio with ample seating were guest can mingle and smoke. A Neighborhood Walmart is only a 2 minute walk.

Myrtle Beach condo

Owner was very responsive when garbage disposal and dish washer stopped working. Had it fixed within 24 hours. Location was good only two blocks to the beach. Condo was a bit “tired”. Needs upgraded couch and chairs in living room. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

Tropical Storm Trip

We stayed during Tropical Storm Debby and although we didn’t get a lot of beach time, it was a quick walk to public access. The property is centrally located to many attractions and activities. We enjoyed our stay!

The place is nice and clean.The host is very accommodating for letting us checked in early.The beach is just a block away and its very convenient aince wamart is just next to it.

Myrtle beach

We had a great stay! There was a five minutes or less walk to the beach access which was great! Right when you get into the beach access there is a drainage pipe and during our trip the tide came up just enough to add some water to make a little pool. It was just great for our toddlers and a worried mom taking her kids to the ocean for the first time. Highly Recommend!

Stay was exceptional but no pool and the nearby water parks are about $50 per person. The neighborhoods kinda sketchy but the condo itself was lovely! My only concern about the house is the sandy floors. Overall I recommend!

Property was great and clean and in a great location as far as everything was very accessible the only complaint I have is there are people who seem to be homeless, on drugs, or both walking up and down the streets all night long screaming at one another. Other then that everything was perfect

Fantastic little gem!!!

The condo was everything it was listed to be. The location was great - easy walk to the beach. Having all the beach equipment to use made everything so much better and more enjoyable. The host got back to me so fast when I had a question which was really appreciated.

Weekend vacation with family

We had a great vacation weekend! The condo is located very close to the beach, and the beach access is easy to get to. There is a lot of room on the beach even with the condo being located in central Myrtle Beach. The owners were wonderful and responded to my emails and texts promptly. Thank you for opening up your condo to us! Great memories!

The beach was a easy 1 block walk from the property. Owner provided a large beach wagon that made it easy to carry chairs, towels etc back and forth. Ample supply of dishes, cookware, utensils all in good condition. Grill worked great, was clean and had plenty of fuel. Condo was clean and smelled fresh on arrival. Ample supply of towels, pillows. Beds were comfortable. Price was very reasonable as well. We would recommend staying here!

Good location. Close to beach. Owners very attentive. A little noisy with Walmart across the street. Other than that, close to beach, shops, resturants. All walkable. Would use them again in the future.

Wonderful Place to Rent

Great place to rent the property was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. The beach is just a walk away. And there is a Walmart that is just 5 minutes away from the property. I would also like to thank the host for letting my family check in earlier. I had a great time with my family and I would definitely rent the place again when I go back to South Carolina.

This was a Awesome place to stay with the family. It was 3 mins away from the beach. Get anywhere you want to go under 12 mins. The host was nice and friendly when you had questions. I would definitely would come back just because the Condo was great, how local it was, and friendly the host was.

Good Stay, Close to Beach

Great place to stay overall,, a few faults were the Floors and the Dining room table were dirty, but other then that it was a good clean house. Accurate to the advertising. Neighborhood appeared to not be as comfortable as I was hoping for, Lots of people and small groups of guys who appeared to be up to no good walking the sidewalks at night and staring at us in observation, just made it a little uncomfortable. Overall, 4 out of 5 rating on the Stay. Floors where dirty. Check-in VERY EASY Neighborhood didn't appear comfortable or at time felt unsafe

Very enjoyable vacation

Very nice , easy access to the beach and groceries, all the commodities in the kitchen and complete and quick assistance from the owners. I would recommend it to anybody that want to spend some enjoyable time in this place. We would come back any time.
