The resort is home to the beautiful King and Bear Golf Course. Enjoy all amenities which include access to golf, resort style pool/hottub, a full service spa, lighted tennis court, & fitness center.
Walk into this gorgeous GROUND FLOOR Condo w/ a private veranda and expect to feel right at home. It has all the conveniences of a full kitchen, inviting living room, washer/dryer and each king size bedroom has its own full bathroom. The bedrooms are on different extremes of the apartment for privacy. The third bedroom has its own kitchenette and sitting area. We offer fast free wifi (work desk) and free parking along with cable TV. The kitchen/living/dining area are open concept located in the middle that opens to a large relaxing outdoor patio that is perfect for enjoying breakfast/lunch or reading a good book.

We are Jayson and Karolina! We are both born and raised in NYC. Jayson has his bachelor's degree in computer science while Karolina has hers in Finance and Investments. We love traveling, meeting new people, and exploring everywhere whether it's snowboarding in Colorado or going jet skiing in Anna Marie Island. We also love cooking, trying new food, or sometimes just like to stay in and watch a good documentary. :)

We love St. Augustine and World Golf Village because we feel like it is the perfect place to escape and relax while feeling safe in a gated community. We also feel like we can go anywhere in Florida from where we are!
