We really liked this property. We stayed 3 nights but plan to come back next year and stay longer. Great location- 3 blocks to the intercoastal, bikes were great for a casual ride and good amenities nearby. The property is conducive to meeting other travelers at the pool.

We didn’t have a pet. There weren’t shops to walk to. It was in a neighborhood.We definitely needed a car to get to the beach, restaurants & shopping.

Fantastic property and management

Excellent property and the property manager was on site and always asking if we needed anything.The two bedroom apartment was perfect and sitting area outside very quaint! It is a dog friendly place too! We will stay there again next trip to Palm Beach!Oal

Cozy and clean place

Loved this place for West Palm. Very clean and plenty of room for us 2. Bed was very comfortable, all the linens were great and plentiful. Communication with the owners was fantastic from booking to checkout. Highly recommend this place for a stay in West Palm.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The property manager was available to answer all of our questions throughout the stay. They had everything we needed. They set a very high standard for vacation rentals! I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderfully quaint rental in El Cid!

We very much enjoyed our stay in El Cid. Wonderful walking distance to water and Starbucks/Wraps/BBQ joints. Loved the quiet courtyard that you share w/ the other units. very comfy beds!

Wonderful place.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The home was super clean and cozy. The beds and shower were amazing.It was close to everything too. It was nice to be able to walk to the water or to a coffee shop. The host was super communicative and very quick to respond.

Weekend Rental

This place was the perfect weekend getaway. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and recently updated! Great location with only a short walk to water. We rode the provided bikes to a new coffee shop each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental was perfect for our visit. Quiet area, clean place, beds comfortable, (king in 2nd bedroom not twins) they were very accommodating and brought us in an air mattress which ended up not being needed, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. AC worked great!! Close to City Place and the beaches. Very friendly and accessible property manager. Look forward to staying again in the future!! Some construction going on 7/2025, putting in a pool which I’m sure will be beautiful when complete.

Adorable Apartment in Good location

My husband and I stayed in this adorable apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was clean and looked just as pictured on online. Check-in was simple. The apartment was very comfortable. We like the location a lot. You can walk to many restaurants, coffee, and the Norton Museum. I would stay here again.

Great apartment

The complex was in a great location. The property was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. I asked for beach chairs and a beach umbrella that was delivered in about five minutes. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful & Great location

This was a delightful find in the West Palm area. It is a property with several rentals attached but it was private and beautifully remodeled. Very convenient location to the West Palm area and near the intracoastal waterway. The management was responsive and quick to offer solutions to a bed size discrepancy (which is now corrected on the listing). I highly recommend this rental. unit.

Peaceful Downtown Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of four during a visit with our daughter for Parents Weekend at a nearby university. The apartment was immaculate, cozy and super comfortable. The furnishings were beautiful and the outside grounds were a tropical oasis. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. We love having bikes to take a ride through the beautiful neighborhood streets of West Palm Beach and along the intracoastal waterway. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely be back for another stay next time we are in town to visit our daughter.

This is a nicely appointed property, with responsive hosts and it's close to all kinds of West Palm Beach amenities: food, shopping and the beaches. Highly recommend. Our pup was happy, too!

Great Stay

We stayed in West Palm Beach for a girls weekend and the place was perfect! We had the amenities we needed and the location was close to everything. We received prompt responses from the property managers and enjoyed our stay. The outside occasional area was lovely and beautiful!
