Great Apartment

This is one of the most well appointed and thoughtfully planned VRBO rentals in which I’ve ever stayed ( and there are a lot!). The spaces are very well decorated and anything you might need is available. Pictures on the website are very accurate and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent, instructions for entry/ check in were great with pictures to help. There was an informative book with everything you might need to know about the apartment and area. The location was slightly outside the main action of downtown or UT campus, but it was an easy drive to get to those places as well as other areas of town. It was also easy to get a Lyft driver. Neighborhood seemed generally safe. We were a party of two couples and we’d all recommend this comfortable apartment!

City View Condo in Austin, TX

This is a beautiful property, exquisitely furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Christina the hostess was most gracious and attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Austin, TX area, particularly if you’re looking for a place that is convenient to the airport and to downtown.

Wonderful stay! Well appointed accommodation. Super clean. Conveniently located - 20 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Great on-site gym. Christina was very responsive & super accommodating to all of our needs! Highly recommend!!

Great Location

We were visiting family that lived in South Austin. This home was the perfect location for us, and only 15 minutes from downtown. This home is extremely we’ll appointed and beautifully decorated.

Weekend in Austin

The apartment itself was clean and had lots of personal touches and everything we needed. The complex itself was not in great condition - part of the pool was closed due to big chunks of concrete missing from the edge, stains on the carpets in common areas, a overall musty smell. Saturday morning we received a communication reminding us of checkout time on Sunday. This was a bit intrusive.

This place was fantastic! The hostess had all the details covered, communicated and responded timely and had very reasonable check-out protocols. The condo was very clean and was updated and decorated very well. Comfortable beds, nice appliances, and plenty of little extras in case you forgot critical items at home. It was also very secure. Gated community and locked door to enter the building, on top of the lock to the actual condo. If you are looking for a great place to stay, you've found it!

Our stay was fantastic. The apartment is immaculate and Christina has put so much care into the space to make guests feel welcome and at home. This is the nicest place we have stayed due to all of the thoughtfulness and details. The pool area is also great. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Perfect house for an Austin stay

This house had everything you could ask for! Close to downtown Austin. The house was well supplied with everything you could image. Very clean very zen! Pool area was great! We will visit again!!

Great location

Super convenient to the airport and the city attractions. Very clean and comfortable. My only small comment would be that the pool looks bigger in the pics than it actually is, but that too was very clean and inviting. I highly recommend this stay for your visit to Austin.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment was beautifully decorated and the property/pool was also so nice and tastefully decorated. Clubhouse room by the pool was perfect for storing drinks while at the pool. Apartment was well stocked, only suggestion would be a pizza cutter (maybe we just missed finding it) but everything else was perfect and the water filter in the fridge was a great touch! Hosts responded super fast to any questions/requests and were so gracious and accommodating. Beds were very comfy and the pillows are amazing!! If you are visiting to bar hop downtown this is a bit out of the way but if you walk to the corner and get on the 20 bus it takes you downtown for very cheap. Overall the property was perfect for our stay! Thank you!!

Excellent property for UT event - sparkling clean and up to date

We stayed a weekend at this 2BR, 2BA apartment. The hosts communicated well with us coming up to the stay and were flexible with check-out. In between we didn't need them although they were available. One reason we didn't need them: the clearest instruction book I've ever seen at a short term stay property! told us about all the amenities and made everything simple. Property itself is a near-new or new apartment in a mid-size/large complex. Apartment is light-filled, extremely clean, well appointed with kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery etc and had a washer and dryer if we chose to use them. Everything provided was of good quality and beds were super comfortable. We stayed there for a weekend for our son's graduation at UT. Thankful they had a commencement ceremony this year and that we were able to visit! We drove and the parking was on-property and free. Great pool (didn't use it) and nice pool table and club room (we did use that on one day when it was raining non-stop). Location was fine for us, about 15-20 minutes from UT campus and our son's apartment in West Campus. So apart from Austin traffic, there was no issue. We didn't try and eat or use the location for anything else as we went into town or near the campus area most days. All in, we would strongly recommend this apartment and we'll be happy to use it again. Thanks!!

Great way to explore the Austin area

The location was very convenient to the airport and to downtown Austin. The accommodations were excellent. Clean, roomy, all essentials were provided. Host was very helpful with quick responses to all of our questions. We will be back.

We are also situated very close to major highways to help get you anywhere you need to go, quickly.
